I don't put as much into this ratings, I think QBR is a better measure.... although this is just another point to have and discuss....

I mean Watson and Cousins are ahead of young, roth, marino and manning whom are HOFer or soon to be....that should tell you a lot about the value of this rating..

When Roger Staubach retired, he was the all time passer rating leader with 83.4 passer rating now ranking 89th today. You have to look at these statistics in context to the era played and peers that played. Do you honestly believe Romo is better than Drew Brees. Big Ben, Joe Montana, and Roger Staubach as a QB? Do you believe Dak Prescott is better than Tom Brady? If you do, all I have to say is...

Personally I would take either Dak or Romo as my QB. I stuck up for both guys their entire careers.

If I was going to put something together for rating QBs YPA, INT and TD ratio would be to me the key stats. That and third down passes for first downs percentage.
