To cover up for Dak and his 40mil contract, we keep scapegoating good players. First it was Dez Bryant who was the all-time leader in TDs for the Cowboys, now we are scapegoating Amari Cooper.

How many more WRs have to be sacrificed to cover up Dak Prescott's throwing inability.

Dak does suck, but I don't think his lack of talent is why Amari is being shown the door. Jerry paid the worthless bum (Dak) way more than he deserved and that dumb move has consequences.

You can cut Amari Cooper or trade him, but to publicly calling him out, leaking info as sources about him missing in action etc kind of bs is pathetic. This is exactly what was done to Dez now we are seeing same to Amari Cooper. Same style marriage, names changed, same divorce, same attorney. Same groom (Mr Prescott).

That move gave Jerry a piggybank

Lol. What a joke. Keep making up things. Dez wasn’t the same guy after the foot injury. Everyone wants to keep blaming Dak lol. Cooper took himself out of the biggest play of the season back in 2019 in Philly. Just stop it already

So we're blaming Dak for the incompetence of the Cowboys front office? Dak did what anyone would do when offered life changing money - he took it.

Cutting Dez, paying Dak, and now (apparently) cutting Cooper is entirely on the Jones boys. Can't wait to see what brilliant moves they make next.

If Dak has the inability to throw... why is he only on of five other quarterbacks in NFL history to put up a certain amount of numbers in their first 5 years???

There have been thousands of quarterbacks in a 100 year football history. There are only 5 quarterbacks who put up a certain amount of yards/tds in their first 5 years that the other thousands of quarterbacks in 100 years couldn't do.

But you call that "inability to throw"?? Hmmmm....

Amari was the same player in Oakland. People here think Carr is a better QB than Dak so shouldn't Cooper have lit it up with a more competent QB? Hmm

And Dez a sacrifice?? If he was wouldn't he be signed and destroying the NFL?

Bottom line Amari is a pretty good receiver, probably top 1/3 in the NFL. He has games that sometimes make you think he's one of the best WRs in the NFL then other times question if he's a number 1 receiver. I rather Amari here, but there is much more to the story than Dak.

Desmond Demond Bryant - His career with the Dallas Cowboys:
5th in reception yards
3rd in receptions
1st in touchdowns

Games played in the Cowboys Uniform - 113
Hayes - 128
Tony Hill - 141
Drew Pearson - 156
Irvin - 159
Witten - 255

Bryant's career is basically over.
No games in 2018- Achilles injury; not on a roster in 2019.
6 games with BAL in the 2020 season- 6 rec, 47 yds.
Not on a team roster during 2021.
Jerry Jones....call Dez... tell him he will be honored with the Cowboys Ring Of Honor designation this upcoming season...will figure out which game to have the ceremony once the NFL releases the 2022 schedule .

That’s my argument and people get quiet real quick. Carr is better than Dak so why did amari have career years in Dallas and not Oakland? Lol

What the heck does Dez have to do with it? Dez was over the hill. Does it not speak volumes to you that he never caught on with any other team? Even after the Ravens kicked the tires, he wasn’t good enough to start.

So you are saying that coop will go one to never do anything again?

Bc that is what Dez did because he was washed.
