Following a largely bit of unsuccessful 7-on-7 work, offensive assistant Todd Haley summoned his players over to another side of the field. Owens, however, did not join the group, choosing, apparently, to register his disgust by taking a knee alongside the defensive players.

And after practice, T.O. remains on the field for a looong time, first engaging in an animated conversation with Haley, and then meeting with Parcells to voice some additional opinions. No predictions of a coming disaster here; just
a chink in the armor, that’s all.

It's one thing to be upset. It's another thing to act out, even if it's subtle. It's a whole different thing when you act out, even subtlely, when you're Terrell Owens on a new team.

With so much pressure on this guy to stay in line, he should be following protocol. Obviously we don't know much about the situation, but even sitting in the wrong place doesn't seem like a great idea for Owens at this point.

That is the attitude that will bring about the very thing your complaining about. It is the same attitude the 49ers used and the Eagles. The thing that will keep the relationship healthy is BP shooting im straight and not trying to manipulate him.

The guy is the best receiver in the game and he has a voice. You got to talk to one another and build a relationship.

You guys are filling in the blanks from a blurb on DMN. They are never right and if they are they stole it from someone else.

Do you really expect anything different from the media? They've been itching for a blow-up and now that T.O. does something different from the rest of the team, it's the beginning of one.

How do we not know Haley told him to stay there? Who the hell knows the context of "animated" nowadays? And here's the big wow! He spent some time talking to BP. Big freaking deal.

Not being there you really can't read a lot into this. There are many reasons TO could have stayed where he was.

However, if it is true he was supposed to join the others then I for one don't like it. His speaking with Haley afterwards without knowing the content is worthless as well. You can't assume that conversation had anything to do with staying with the defensive players.

I'm with the Commander fan though. People need boundaries and should respect them; esp children.

To not expect trouble from TO is foolish, IMO. However unless we know more this 'incident' is not worth worrying about.
