personally...i'm rooting for walker,dt-ky to be the pick.
but i'd love the boise st rb or ollie gordon.
if zack martin hangs it up,i wouldn't mind another pick on the o-line.
i also wouldn't mind a de.
but that boise state rb is a helluva ball player.
love to see him in ☆.

I’m sticking with my original pick round one the Cowboys need an Edge to go with Kneeland and help Parsons . The position is paper thin .

Second round DT to team up with a hopefully improving Mazi and then Round 3 address the RB position .

The DL like the OL received needs premium picks the running back slot obviously needs an infusion of talent and not UDFA or bringing back former Cowboys

if WALKER somehow dropped to us I say take him
bluntly speaking you can get edge rushers all the time
a true force at DT is VERY rare

I had a thread taking Walker round 2 and the consensus on the board here was no way he lasts into 2nd round . I even had Dallas trading up round 2 to get him . I don’t think effective Edge rushers who can also contain the run are as easily had as thought . That was my direction round one 2025 then address DT round 2

like I said, forces at DT are a lot more rare. Go for someone like Walker over someone like Tank any day

I don't think the OL really needs "premium" picks. Bass should be suitable at G if Martin leaves/retires, so you'd really just be picking depth.

DL - across the board - is a huge need.

No you misunderstood . I said the DL needs premium picks ( round one and two ) 2025 to go with Kneeland & Mazi . The OL has already gotten premium help in the way of picks Tyler Smith Guyton & Beebe . Now the DL needs attention .

JT Tuimoloau 6’5” Edge Ohio State . The Cowboys have done a nice job in investing in the OL now it’s time for some Blue Chip investment along the DL .

Remember DLaw career timeline is ticking he’s had a foot injury before and now he’s out once again with a foot injury gone for a period of time .
Tuimoloau together with Kneeland gives you two young edge Rush / contain men .

And to me to extend Parsons career and abilities give him as much help on the edge so a creative DC can use 11 as a freelance weapon anywhere on the field in the front 7. Re signing Parsons is every bit as important as the ton of cash spent on the QB & WR . Parsons needs help .
Martin is retiring after this season. And to say Dallas has done a "nice job" investing in the OL is a streak. Beebe has adequate and we have to hope
he continues to develop and improve. Guyton has struggled and if he was not a 1st rd pick, he would be benched. Tyler Smith is a nice addition but still needs to improve.

Bijan's career isn't over and he is a big weapon for the Falcons. I know all about Bijian. I am a die hard Longhorns fan.
The modern NFLs pass to run ratio from 47 years ago is basically the same. I instantly dismiss anyone that claims this is a passing league.
Is it just me or does it seem as if the Falcons underutilize him?
I think he could be much more effective if they fed him the ball more.

beebee has been better than you claim; Tyler smith was All Pro
so frankly your post is BS

Bad strategy. They need DL Help early next draft
problem is Jethro likes his shiny toys.
there are a fair number of DTs this year that might be what we are looking for
problem is that two of them are from Michigan
Deon Walker of Kentucky is my pet cat
6'5" 348 and tears people up; he ate Alabama's interior O line up and spit them out

I had a thread in Draft Zone and my second round pick was the DT from Kentucky Walker .

I could get on board with that.
IF Mazi turns out solid Walker could be the beast inside and JT would be the guy on the edge and we got Kneeland for the other end.
and a REAL RB

Martin's play should last one moe season. Thus would allow stability along the Line next season, quitting would be a jerk move
