Arlington Jonesboys fans, If you have not figured it by now after all the Pro Bowl DBs, Super Bowl DBs (for other teams), and NFL Starters at DB scouted/chosen by Will McClay since he has been over Player Personnel, he knows how to find DBs.

He played DB, coached DB, and was a DC that figured out he could have a more stable career as a personnel scout transitioning from coaching. Being a Rice grad (the Ivy league school of Texas) he has player personnel instinct of Jimmy Johnson and the coordinating organizational skill of Gil Brandt. That is why he should be the GM and not anyone for the loins of Pat Jones.

Since 2010, look at the DBs that have came through the draft, trades, and signings involving Will McClay..
