*Great quarterbacks would have played better and changed plays at the line of scrimmage

Dalton is an average quarterback that goes with the beat of the drum.
And his passes were off the majority of the game.

No. He lost to last year's Vikings. They were much better than this years version.

So Dak should get no kudos for beating the Falcons this year because they sucked compared to the last time he played them. Do you hear how foolish you sound?

Has zero to do with playcalling. Dalton just is not that good. This is the same playcaller where Dak had 450yds seemingly in his sleep.

And you are comparing the two and giving Dalton an out by making up some false narrative that is not even close to existing. If Kellen Moore had Mahomes, the playcalling would be a complete 180. Dalton can not throw the ball down field. I don't mean the deep sideline balls that are safe where he hits a few a blue moon. I mean zip the ball down the seams and opens the defense up.Dalton is a dink and dunk subpar QB who hits a long ball here and there. Your hands are tied with Dalton.

Dalton is only an average quarteback. Has absolutely everything to do about call playing. You cannot treat the quarterbacks the same and expect similarresults. Your second paragraph only proves my point on coaching.

With this OL especially with Martin going down this game quick passes, misdirection and etc should be in his wheelhouse however more keeps calling the long drawn out plays or plays that never develop. Coop has the ability to break people's ankles on quick routes so why not use that to our advantage?

We finally call quick plays/slants on 3rd down and long only for them to break a few yards shy of the first down.

@WillieBeamen is a guy who the second Dallas wins without Dak, has threads fired up. Ready to go. He is elated. He also is elated when Dak loses. But is absolutely nowhere to be found when his agenda is not met.

Not just him though...there is like 15 of them.

That why it was so funny listening to them last week talking about folks rooting against Dallas because of the QB. These are the same people that literally since PRE-SEASON of 2016, has rooting against Dallas...and celebrated every lost.

Of course, tonight, they are nowhere to be found...they will surely come up with an excuse when they suddenly appear next week.

Instead of comparing Prescott and Dalton's abilities; I think the intangible factor separates the two.

The Cowboys were only 2-3 with Dak this year but they were in every single game. Without him I haven't seen much passion from the offense; aside from catching a little lightning in a bottle at Minnesota last Sunday.

This offense has zero swagger with Dalton. Nothing but dinks and dunks and boring football. Like you said, outside of the outler game that was Minnesota. With Dak, we are in every game no matter what. We are not losing the way we do with Dalton.

Agreed. Dallas should have beaten the Rams in week one but the officials listened to Jalen Ramsey cry and flagged Gallup for offensive PI. And Dak basically turned a 41-14 deficit to the Browns into a 41-38 game in nine minutes before the defense broke one last time. The Cowboys should have been 4-1 when Prescott got injured.

LAST THANKSGIVING ^^^

Today's game was much worse. Buffalo simply outplayed Dallas last Thanksgiving. Today the Cowboys basically handed Washington a win and looked stupid, confused, and unprepared while doing it.

Man that dude is what he is man. He "looks" the part and that's all they care about. He has a "arm". He is what he is.......replaceable. @WillieBeamen had to wait 5 weeks to make this thread just for it not to age well after a week lol.
No doubt. Another 200 yard game that Prescott would have gotten murdered for. The haters have very short memories.

Imagine if Dak had a game like today in a 41-16 loss? Lmao! Every one of those clowns would have been racing to make threads. They did after every single loss.Dalton has started 4 games. He has sucked in 3 of them.

They're pointing to the injuries and the mistakes that other players made to cut Dalton some slack regarding today's game. But if it were Dak then he would be expected to overcome injuries and the other players mistakes no matter what. Even when Dak plays well they'll point out what he didn't do enough of for the Cowboys to win the game. Of the Cowboys lose a game 70-71 then Dak would be held at fault for not scoring 72 points. And they would point out to one throw that be missed or didn't throw perfectly.
