Anthony Barr reportedly not retired and generating interest from two teams

Former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr isn’t hanging up the cleats just yet, according to KSTP’s Darren Wolfson.

The former four-time Pro Bowler still very much intends on playing football, and he’s also generating interest from a couple of teams. Per Wolfson, those teams are the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders.

While the Commanders have “kicked the tires” on a potential move to sign Barr, the Cowboys have seemed like the most interested team overall.

Played 13 games the last two years, however he was on pace to have his most productive season last year. Although so was Poe the year before we signed him.

Im for bringing him in, but Im not expecting him to be a major player

Looks like he is coming in. Nice depth. What positions can he play. I mean who will he be rotating with.

If he was worth $11 million that he’s asking he would’ve been signed. If he was willing to play for less he’d also have been signed

If the Commandos want him more, I hope we at least drive his price way up.
Dont think there is room on this roster for him.

I believe they are just waiting on the paternity test to determine whether or not Jerry is actually his father. Once that's settled, Stephen will have the contract parameters figured out.

Looks maybe a bit above average.

LVE had a good year last year and his stats were better. And that’s playing next to Parsons..
I just believe that Q isnt overly concerned with that type of LBer meaning that LVE may be penciled in at WLB, but that is just early on paper.
LVE will have his role, and if he were to get injured than Barr would be on speed dial.
If we bring him in it would be interesting and a bit surprising.
Q is trying to find that WLB type that he covets, there will be base nickel sets that Cox, Kearse, Wilson, even bell might fill.
This back seven is wide open, dont get too caught up in early positional assignments.
