No this is the guy that traveled around the world enjoying the exotic places,people,and the food.

Okay, thanks. I mix those two guys up all the time. A tragedy nonetheless. There's a lot of suffering out there, and often suffering in silence. I was crushed when Brad Delp, the lead singer of Boston, killed himself. Prayers for Mr. Bourdain and everyone out there who's suffering.

Bourdain wasn’t just a foodie, he talked about the culture and the history of the places he visited. He was very interesting, the food was just a bonus..

crazy stuff, Ive watched all his shows goin back to 2005 with "No Reservations" on the Travel Channel, been followin him on Twitter for a few years....This is probably the most shocking celebrity death to me since Robin Williams.....

He was a major addict earlier in his life. Hes talked about it in his shows and in his book.

Sucks. Anthony was one of those guys that gets it. Was a line cook, didn't become successful until he was in his 40s, worked with all kinds of people, and actually had sense.

His show was largely him going into different cultures and not only giving some history to their food as it relates to their culture, but how it brought people there together. His mantra was basically that "food brings people together and can even make them forget their differences". Hes one of those people where, just by listening to him, you can realize just how silly and stupid a lot of these manufactured issues are that drive a wedge between people.

The world is going to be a lesser place without him.

Whoever wrote that Instagram post. Really not funny. Suicide is tragic. I had a cousin who committed suicide in 2009. And know the feeling to have suicide thoughts back in the years.Help is available but it is getting the right kind of help. Please you are not alone. RIP Kate and Tony!
