I don't post often. Wondering if any of the regulars or experts thought we might try to trade for a wideout. Possibly another Laurent Robinson out there? Any speculation on some trade possibilities?

Great comeback win...bad news on the injury front :banghead:

GO COWBOYS!!!!

I'm expecting some kind of front office move for another WR. I don't think that it will be a trade though. The name that I have in my head right now is Ryan Broyles.

nah i think we will try to roll with what they have. i think they will give lucky some snaps, jerry is high on him for some reason.

I wouldn't. The passing game is elite, even without Dez. And Dez may only miss 3 games.

Please, no. See Joey Galloway, Roy Williams.

Maybe if one could be had much cheaper but I don't see it happening at this point.

ESPN is reporting this may happen....I agree with bringing Jenkins back and relying on a dominant ground game.

Trade for one. No Chance. Pick up one for Depth that knows the plays. Possible. On the PS, Vince Mayle and Rodney Smith don't know the plays yet.

Yeah I doubt it. Realistically when will a receiver be ready to contribute? 3 or 4 more weeks which is when Dez will be nearly back? They'll bring someone in who knows their system possibly someone at camp but these pipedreams of Reggie Wayne and Randy Moss......I just don't see it.

A FA pickup is possible...a trade, no...whoever it is will likely be cut when he returns so they won't spend a pick on that.

I would think either 2nd year player Rodney Smith or Vince Mayle will get called up from PS

Why would the Cowboys trade for a WR?

All off-season a common here on CZ is that the Cowboys have both the best and deepest WR corp in the NFL. Lets see if it's true.

Lets see if Beasley is ready to be a 50-60 catch guy. Let's see if the coaching staff confidence in Street as a #4 was worth it. Let's see if Williams is talented enough to become a NFL #1.

Frankly, I am intensely curious in all the above. I want to see how these guys do.
