Rico plays like a downroster player should. Downhill. Makes for more injuries, but you can make up for lack of metrics and talent with extra effort.
I've liked what I've seen and hope he can stay healthy.
I think we did go light on the spend for RB. When Rojo wasn't panning out, I expected them to find another veteran to take his place instead of relying on Rico/Malik.
On the bright side, I'm hoping this gives Luepke more of a role. I like two back sets.

You've got company for hoping Luepke gets more playing time, I'm with you all the way on that. Luepke has the size to help him bust through that defensive line. But PLEASE don't put Duece in there against SF!

Luepke can catch out of the backfield and is a hard runner. I think he would be great in protection too. Let's use what we have at the moment.

Davis is not going to “ball out” against anyone let alone SF

We have a HUGE problem if Dowdle cant go because Pollard and Vaughn wont cut it and it will put even morr pressure on Dak which will lead to disaster

This will be Davis redemption game!!!
