The die is cast. This is it. No team is going to give up on a quality rusher for a day three pick.

Just have to bank on Lawrence.

And if you are really a lunatic, Gregory.

With move of Crawford outside, hopefully DIrving will start to show his potential inside mainly at DT. I want to see this team now with what we have. And with Scandrick back at cb soon, our secondary should be better.

The Dolphins have Cameron Wake near the end of his deal and he's in his 30's. I wish Miami needed a TE.
big money though.

"Cameron Wake signed a 2 year, $15,000,000 contract with the Miami Dolphins, including $10,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $7,500,000. In 2016, Wake will earn a base salary of $7,000,000 and a workout bonus of $125,000. Wake has a cap hit of $8,525,000 while his dead money value is $11,525,000."

Jets have jack at TE. And only have an aging Brandon Marshall at WR with Decker out. Their offense is completely out of sync right now.

I'd be willing to throw a 3rd or 4th to a team that is struggling for a vet in his contract year or with 1 year left on deal. Do you guys know of any players out there that we could possibly go after and a team that wants to stock up on picks?
One of the problems with the Cowboys in the past was that Jerry was always chasing that "one player away" dream. They did it with Haley and Jerry kept trying to follow that dream but generally failed.

Good teams generally aren't built by giving up a 3rd round pick to rent a guy in the final year of his contract.

The Cowboys have a lot of OK players on the DL. They need a Star type player, not just a slightly above average guy. They are unlikely to get a Star player at this point.

Not DL, but Cowboys should try to trade for Myles Jack. Jags are stacked at LB.

I can see trading Escobar and or McFadden. That's about it.

If they had been willing to trade a 4th round pick for help last season then we wouldnt have Dak Prescott.

Dak selection, technically, was a comp pick and couldn't be traded. He was also our 2nd selection in the 4th round. But I get your point. Draft picks are valuable.

Many fans also have that false dream.

They do. Jordan Cameron was a let down, but also suffered his 4th* concussion, so he is probably done.

Their starter is Dion Sims, a big do it all guy, but IMO limited to more of a second TE.
Behind him, not too much
