I did it on my laptop and have to upgrade my desktop and home PC later today

Just installed it.

I have found a glitch in one area, My Pimpzilla theme is messing up my browsing tabs. They only show a small section of the tab. It is only this theme doing it so I guess I will have to find another.

One other thing I have noticed as I am typing this. It has a built in spell checker similar to how you have in MS Word. Puts the little red line under the word if you spell it wrong and if you right click it it will give you a list of possible words.

I've upgraded, and the first new thing I noticed was the spell checker... pretty cool...

The extension updates are coming down pretty quickly now, so those shouldn't be a problem. I have become addicted the the "Colorful Tabs" extension and it was updated yesterday so that is a good...

All in all it looks like a nice smooth release...

Microsoft should take notes...

Do you use the Pimpzilla theme?

The tabs part of it is not showing up right for me and It bothered me too much to use.

Found another one glowy blue that looks really nice but I wish it came with lighter blue colors.

No... I stay with just the plain vanilla look...

I've used 2.0 since it was rc2 (release candidate 2) and really dig the easier layout on the add-ons.

I am, makes my internet blazing fast with fasterfox 2.0.0 and looks good on my mac :)

I like the new add on layout as well. Better gui IMO.

However I noticed something else, and I think this is just a tabbed browser extension update.

Before you had an exit icon on the far right of your tabs bar now it is just at the end of each tabbed section. Not that big of a deal but it will take some time to adjust as I keep going to the far right when I want to exit out of my last tab.

You can change it,

1) type in at the address bar - about:config
2) Look for browser.tabs.closeButtons (Value should be 1)
3) Change to one of the following (Whichever you prefer):
0 - Display close button only on every tab
1 - Display close button on every tab
2 - No close buttons displayed
3 - Close button only on end of tab (Like Firefox 5.0)

Once done, restart Firefox.

On a Mac related-note, did you hear the Mac guy was fired from future commercials? Reason being that audiences said the commercials were exposing Mac users as too smug and the Windows guy was getting better feedback (True story!)

Hey thanks, Number 3 did the trick for me.

One other question.

If I have an address already in my address history so I click on the bar to bring the drop down menu, I click on a previous address...

In the previous version once I clicked on that address it would start loading that page, If I remember correctly, now I have to click on it to bring it to the top and than hit the Go button.

I don't remember ever hitting the go button unless I was doing a copy and paste to the browser.

Do you know how to reset that?

I have looked in my settings and do not see it.

Sorry, don't know about that one, only knew about the tab close buttons because I had to change it on my home PC & laptop (I prefer the 1.5 versions myself).

I'll do some research later on and see what was changed on 2.0 re: address bars.

I liked him in Jeepers Creepers and Waiting.

I upgraded my lappy and my "performance" machine. Then I updated my dads and the stupid thing quit working. Not the machine just the fox. I erased it and reinstalled and it worked fine then. No clue what went wrong with that one.

Sorry Brain, couldn't find anything on your issue. Doesn't help that I'm not too familiar in the area and wasn't really sure what to look for.

Have you thought about checking the Mozilla Support forum?
