I don’t expect them to go heavy, but I could see a shift forthcoming. They have a new coach and probably interested in seeing him succeed to validate their prowess. But who knows? Their ineptitude and hubris knows no bounds.

Brian seems like a great guy, and in all likelihood, a good coach. His offensive changes sound great and exactly what we need.

But the other two showed no awareness or willingness to change anything that they do, and this is ultimately why every other good coach we've hired, including Mike, has failed and will always fail.

Jerry and Stephen were ignorant, condescending, and delusional. Not only have they not changed how they operate, they have doubled down, seemingly out of spite or disdain for the fans.

all i got was

1. Jerry doesn’t like beeing told they take too long on the coaching process

2. SJ and JJ have no idea how to emulate the eagles front office. they can only admire.

3. Shotty is in over his head. he may not be a bad HC but this FO does not let anyone do what they wanna do.

Nope. They avoided real questions. Especially when asked about the cap and how the Eagles use it to their advantage. I think even if BS turns out to be a good coach, we are too much in disarray for him to have something to work with.

So who is it on if they avoid real questions? That falls strictly on the media. Dallas media is super soft. And spare me the crap that they won’t get special access, it’s a bunch of crap.

I believe that is obvious that they have to do more in free agency than they have in the past. You can see that they have to to fill out the roster. It's simple math. It's also obvious that the draft sets up well for them to get some outstanding running backs that they need.

That doesn't at all preclude them from filling out the roster with cheap aging vets and rookies. Im not sure why you'd believe in a sudden change of philosophy.

IMO Fat Mike sounded confident and he had lifted a Super Bowl trophy. This wasn't like that at all. Jerry acted like he was drilling for oil blindly because via Osmosis the oil was going to be there. Lots of folks in the Pro Football Hall of Fame had kids who played and didn't do squat. Osmosis didn't work for them .

I can see that, yes. I can also tell you I have all the enthusiasm and motivation in the world to run in the next Olympics but the talent will let me down a smidge.

Let me put it another way, can you tell me if the Eagles could plug in as many Cowboys players as they want to replace any of their starters on O and D, who would they pick? Who would YOU pick Rambo?

1 running back in the draft won't do it......or do you really think that gets us back on an even keel with our rivals?
