Anyone feel better after that PC?

Do me your list though. Which Cowboys players would start for the Eagles. I genuinely want to see what you have. You seem a nice person or not trying to annoy you / trap you, anything like that. I just want to understand your enthusiasm from a simple question.
Parsons, Lamb, Overshown, Tyler Smith, there aren't many. The Eagles also have a lot of players that will be free agents. I'm not focused on the Eagles right now. The Eagles will have the advantage as long as Barkley is healthy.

See Barkley. See Bobby Wagner. See open roster spots. See 100 million in cap space coming up.

Yes it makes sense to us, doesn't mean the front office will believe the same. See GB in the playoffs and "all in" quotes. It doesnt matter. They think they are some how playing the long game and will come out ahead.

Jerry seems to be happy that few changes will be made and

There are two options when you are so obviously proven wrong. Change is option one and the one that leads to improvement. This option takes character, courage, self awareness and the desire to improve things. The other is doubling down and continuing in the exact same manner because you can't admit you were wrong or because you are completely incompetent. This option is driven by insecurity, incompetence or ambivalence. In Jerry's case it might be all three.
You know how easy the communication plan should be for these morons?

'Yes, we hear you fans. You're disappointed. Rightfully so. This is America's team. We have generations of fans, new and old, who love this team, are raised to cheer for this proud franchise, and you deserve better. We haven't mafe a championship game in 29 years, and frankly, that's inxecusable.

That's why we're [insert whatever actions they're actually taking] to right this ship and win our 6th title. It starts today with Brian Schottenheimer, who we've hired to do [x,y,z in your plan to reach the superbowl]. Brian, tell us more about how you plan to get us there...'

They cannot and will not do this because they think they are right, everyone else is wrong, and as such won't change a ******* thing.

Thanks for posting, I appreciate you doing that as it would have been easy to ignore me so fair play to you.

We have free agents too though.

4 players out of 22 starters is quite stark though. I actually had the same list minus Overshown since sadly, he could be done.

Don't sell Overshown short. He was there showing his support today.

The GM of this team came out afterwards and said "he didnt realize where they were cap wise" when he said all in.

Thats actually true. You can look it up.

Yes they do.

And guess what they may be going into FA as.

SB CHAMPS.

As long as we have those great 12-5 seasons though right?

I did say "could" be done, not "is" done so I've not given up hope but........I am being realistic that the odds will not be in his favour to make a full recovery.

Why dont you pose that question on it's own thread? Be interested to see what people think. Off the top of my head, Micah would be the only starter that is better than theirs. What say you?

They might also still only have 1 Super Bowl win in their entire history.

I have a strong feeling that he isn’t done.

Hated it for 3 reasons

1. “I see football the same way the Joneses do”. The Joneses are the biggest football idiots around

2. Too much of a Romo vibe. Feeling of having accomplished everything while having actually done little “baby youve done it”. Thanking his family etc etc. If you think youve done it already youre an idiot and you will rest on your laurels just like Romo and never really achieve a SB. The whole vibe was: i have achieved what i wanted. Where is the hunger?

3. Too much “love” and “family” and “comfort level” and player support verbiage and almost no mention of achievement, the goal of winning SBs. Dak has done nothing in 9 years craps the bed under pressure and im supposed to be happy he supports BS?

Im getting Garrett 2.0 vibes

You think that Garrett spoke like this and had the players support?

Did Jerry say "I'm all in " then laughed? He's making a mockery out of Cowboy Nation...

Dont bring up the past. You want to keep saying "move forward, stop living in the past" to me, you can no longer bring up the 5 SB wins.

Sorry doesnt work like that.
