Anyone impressed with the Saints?

If the Giants gave up 48 to the Saints, the Cowboy defense would have given up 80.

Good team, but they're going to need to be able to run the football and stop the run in December and January to win.

I think they'll be able to stop it relatively well, but their running game is still completely suspect.

I'm not saying they threw the game guys. i'm saying they played very basic atleast on defense just like against us. it worked against us and it didn't against Brees.

Did it really work against us? Romo had some picks that were terrible, but IIRC we put up 31 pts. I guess their great plan was to stop us from scoring 40. It "worked"

They have been putting up points for a few years, now it looks like they can play some defense. 48 points against Philly and NY. Could be this year's version of 2007 Patriots.

Yes they're impressive. Their offense is great, as always, and their defense is playing more than good enough to make them a very tough team to beat.

Well, I have been impressed with the Saints since the start of the year. In fact, it's interesting, my oldest Son and I were talking Saturday about his Fantasy League and I told him that I thought the Saints would put a whopping on the NY D. Told him not to play them (He has the Giants D). I feel like, at least at this point in the season, that New Orleans is the best team in the NFL. JMO but it's the one that I have pretty much had all year.

I watched NY and I know we pretty much beat the hell out of them when we had them here. We didn't win but that was on us, not them. If we could do that to them, I knew that they were not all that good. A good team, like the Saints would expose them and they did.
