Romo was also said to run offensive meetings during the week. He was de facto offensive co ordinator. He was much better pre snap, processing what he was looking at across the line and making adjustments on the fly. You either have that or you don't.

My 12 year old was watching Romo highlights and asked me “What is Romo doing pre-snap?” I had to explain that good quarterbacks can read defenses and call plays at the line.

I bought the top of the line Sleep Number bed and I love it.... I didn't buy it because of Dak, I bought because i have a bad back and I'm not a frivolous fool....
I also bought it and returned the glorified air mattress in two weeks lol

Respectively disagree. There were 12 none positive QB's before Aikman & 11 none positive QB's after Aikman. Romo & Prescott are the ONLY 2 QB's who not only took Dallas to playoffs, but also won playoffs w/horrific Olines & HC's. How is that not positive?!
Fair point.

Difference is Romo had a brand new top 3 Oline late in his years. Dak does not.

Fix the Oline and you will see Dak, the RBs and WRs perform much better.
What did Dak have last year? He had the line and then some. Dak is trash

Didn't Romo have healthy success till he signed a big contract and the line was heavily neglected? Is history starting to repeat itself? Both QB had pass happy coordinators too. Romos only real successful season came when they dialed down pass plays and finally ran the ball consistently in 14 then after letting Murray walk went back to pass heavy offense that allowed Romo to get hurt again. I know he got hurt in 16 too in the preseason but seamed like it was a freak tackle/injury but man I still think of what could have been Romo with a prime Zeke. Oh well I just am starting to think that this team especially the OC gets to crazy with the pass plays.

FYI I will never buy a mattress from Sleep Number, NEVER!

I'd say 2007 was a successful season. That was the better overall team. But Romo wasn't as good.

Murray was never all that. It was more of the offensive line than anything else. However, at that time, it was too late for Romo. His body had already started to fail because of all the hits prior. Jerry thought we had a good oline in those Romo early years but we didn't. Romo's problem was that he made everyone look better than they actually were. In the beginning of Dak, he benefited from the line that was finally established. However, neither Dak nor Romo could ever overcome the circus that is the Jones boys.

I thought it was ok but my wife didn't like it and was uncomfortable. So returned it but still have the adjustable base. Good for watching tv at night sitting up lol

Romo didn't really start a downward trend until he finally started getting injured and those injury's impact started stacking in effect. I'd say right up until the 2nd collar bone break he was super high level.

In terms of QB play? Nothing about the QBs are the same. Romo is the superior QB in terms of all the tangibles the position requires: accuracy, quicker release, stronger arm, better at processing defenses, comebacks, leading and elevating receivers, etc.

I’d say 2016 was just as good and Dak was just as bad.

Yeah, I would agree. The only difference being that 2016 team had a crappy defense. Similar to the 2014 team. I could be wrong, but I remember that 2007 team's defense being a bit better.

I wouldn't buy a sleep number mattress. People generally don't spend a lot of money on a mattress. But will on something like the sleep number, because they see that it's different. I guess it works for some people. But if you're willing to spend the money, you can get a great mattress that doesn't do tricks.
