Anyone starting to see a consistent theme between Romo and Dak

I could be misremembering, as that often happens lately, but I thought Steele's mistakes were later in the game.
Nope, Runny. Steele's penalties started in the 1st quarter and continued throughout the game. Drive killing penalties.

Yes, the fan both *****ed about both relentlessly and like Romo will appreciate dak after he’s done here more than when he was here unless he’s replaced with a no brainer better quarterback.

You're right. Zeke was running well the few times he was given the ball. Problem was Steele started committing dumb false-start penalties that would put the Offense from a 3rd & short into a 3rd & long. At that point, you're forced to pass.
Our 2nd drive was a 7 or 8 yard run by zeke followed by 2 incomplete passes by dak, no penalties. We punted.

Romo never looked as bad as Dak has over the last 10 games. Romo could escape pressure, something Dak really struggles with. A poor line is going to effect Dak way more.

Come on Romo was a better QB, his gunslinger nature is what got him in trouble many times. Remember the number of Ordinary WRs who excelled with Romo, Crayton, Austin , Robinson, and some good ones too TO, Dez where as Dak has run WRs out of town like Dez ( of course past prime ) Amari … soon Lamb?

No, it's not. The rushing attack was not even top 8. The oline led the league in penalties. But Dak certainly was top 5 in passing and even broke Romo's franchise passing TDs single season record. But Dak is trash, eh?

Be quiet.
Too 5 in passing. How many yards/stats when the team was down and out of the game already and teams let us match up and down the field during prevent defense.

That's BS and you know it. All of you Dak haters use that same BS excuse to bash him. But when Rodgers or Mahomes does it, oh, that's elite talent!!!

You guys are a joke.

Romo progressed faster than Dak but many here forget the Romo struggles in certain areas, early on.

But I have to give credit to the OP for cleverly disguising a "Dak hate thread" with such an innocent title !
BS. Romo rode the pine & sat behind a few quarterbacks for 4 years before he got in the game. Dak showed up and immediately got tossed into the fire , totally different situations.

I would smoke you when it comes to building a team and calling the right plays. Bank it.
OOOh.../big tough guy I'm SO SCARED!

Show me your Lombardi tough guy. Until then...just another hole with an opinion.

Good god I never thought people like this existed here. But there he is.

"thrown into the fire"?...on that 2016 team? That's laughable!
No...Joe Burrow got "thrown into the fire". Dak got thrown onto the Riveria.

Most rookie QB's have to start on the crappiest team of the previous year. Dak was handed a star studded team with a early first round STUD running back.

He did well, but Romo should have gotten his job back. Even Jerry admitted ...it was because of superstition. STUPIDstition.

We've seen with our own eyes what happened when that 2016 talent was slowly stripped and worn.

Whatever. Time keeps proving someone right, and it sure isn't you.
