Anyone tripping about Romo and Austin in Vegas...for charity function per DMN-Post 66

Its like dejavu.

I know the Cabo trip and this Vegas trip has absolutely no bearing on the outcome of next week's game, but if we lose you know the media is going to be waving this in front of our noses. Not so much Austin, but Romo is going to get it so bad. SIGH.

Wade Phillips' defenses are known to give opponents fits when he has extra time to prepare.

I expect to see stifling defense on Sunday.

Wow..these guys can't have a life? They can't have fun?

Do the your job on the field. That's all I care about.

SLATE has done a MASSIVE 180 in the last few months!!

You know whats funny, when Tony was trying to downplay the Cabo trip, he said he felt he made a wise decision not going to Vegas and drinking. LOL.

Who's the guy with the arthritic hand with Austin?
No idea who the guy is, but that's actually a W aka Westside. Not a gang sign or anything, just showing he's from Cali.

On a side note, Choice went to Vegas during the bye week. Is this any different?

Romo, Austin went to Vegas over weekend

IRVING, Texas -- It became a huge controversy the last time Tony Romo took a vacation the weekend before facing the New York Giants.

After the playoff loss, Romo shrugged off questions about his trip to Cabo with the Simpson family and friends, figuring there were worse ways to spend his free time during the bye weekend.

"I thought I was making a good decision not going to Vegas and drinking for two or three days," Romo said at the time.

Well, guess where Romo went during Thanksgiving weekend?

What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas when the paparazzi is around. TMZ has photos of Romo and Miles Austin hanging out in Sin City over the weekend. Perhaps Jason Witten, one of Romo's Cabo companions, stayed home to rest his sore foot.

Austin and Romo were back in plenty of time for Monday's practice at Valley Ranch. Romo has said several times that he isn't concerned with perception, so he won't care if this fuels the debate that he isn't focused enough on football. (TMZ doesn't have cameras at Valley Ranch, where Romo spends hundreds of offseason hours each year.)

But Romo's Vegas rendezvous provides fodder for those who want to speculate about whether his priorities are really in order. The only way he can hush that talk is to handle his business this weekend at the Meadowlands.

Oh great. Expect Ed Werder to start moonlighting for TMZ soon. I wonder if he can keep his camera steady with Quarterback Coach screaming, "HACK!" in his ear

Here we go... December looming and we have another Cabo-type story.

The media's gonna love this. And going w/ Austin? Here we go with the "Romo dumped Witten" stories too...oy.

They bring this crap on themselves

In 2005 Super Bowl I saw a well known starting Steelers player in Atlanta partying at 3AM Saturday, the day before the Super Bowl which was in Detroit.

Did anybody make even a remote stink about that?

No. And really they shouldn't. He wasn't breaking the law, he wasn't acting a fool, he was just having a good time.

YAKUZA

And his name was?

At risk of being unpopular, I'll take the risk of saying Austin shouldn't be hanging out with thugs and Romo should wait until after the season to go to Vegas.... Why? Because January isn't that far away.

Wow....its only just begun...the Demember Media coming out full force against the Cowboys!:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: now lets get that 6th Trophy:star:

I hate ESPN...I can only assume that ESPN Dallas would be worse. I'm never going to that site.

If anyone still has doubts on who is the #1 receiver, anyone else find it odd that Romo didn't take RW to Vegas with him???

:laugh2:

Terell Owens is tearing up the Buffalo Bills team grounds as we speak, upset over the fact that, once again, Romo invited Witten and not him. Can't you just see him throwing chairs around screamming "why'd y'all bring me here"?
