Dunno if that is out of jest or not But Me, I would say only if he has the authority to decide who's quarterback. No need to bring in a great head coach if you restrain him like a puppet. I mean what good parcells have been if jerry forced him to keep Quincy. Bring in a real head coach, then you have to give them authority.
