Anyone who supports Jason Garrett at this point

Only in your imagination.

Garrett cannot carry Harbaugh' jock strap. Plain and simple. Garrett is in training while Harbaugh did his training at San Diego and Stanford and turned the programs around before putting the 49ers back near the top. Garrett plays footies with Jerry' Daughter every year at the Draft because he is comfortable and not living on the edge. Garrett has never been held accountable for all his years in Dallas. He is a joke around the league and everybody is happy that he is our HC because we will never win a SB win him at the helm. Jerry should be embarrassed that the best organization in all of sports has a clown as HC.

Harbaugh is an organizational cancer who can't win the big one. All about frame of reference.

Harbaugh is not any cancer. The 49ers Front Office was the cancer and still is the cancer. Harbaugh is just a winner. Furthermore. he would of taken care of the Hardy issue on the field this past Sunday instead of sitting there thinking about how secure his job is. Face it, we got screwed when Jason got his extension. Most of the Zoners are living in a Fantasy world. No matter how much responsibilities you strip a Head Coach, the Head Coach still has some input and this input is detrimental to the overall success of the team.

I disagree on the Hardy part. Harbaugh would have been in the face of the ST coach, so Hardy wouldn't have any need to.

Doesnt deserve to be called a Cowboys fan. This ridiculous experiment has run its course long ago. Howdy Doody couldnt coach his way out of a paper bag. Once again his half time adjustments were laughable. Anyone out there still support this horror show of a coach? I hate to even use the term coach and Garrett in the same sentence.

Hard to respect anyone who has Rowdy as their profile pic. What are you like 8 years old? Grow up already!

To be fair to Roy, he's not with us right now, so he can't reply. You're probably right, though, that he's a younger poster.

I support Jason Garrett ....... anyone who does not is not a real Cowboys fan ...... infinity.

So just trying to understand.

Back when Wade Phillips was getting the great thumbs down around here, how come it was not preached the same way?

Love the coach, anyone who does not is not a real Cowboys fan?

I guess this never applied to the Gailey, Campo or Parcells eras either.

If a member does not choose to have an avatar, they get Rowdy assigned to them. So place the scorn about being mature where it belongs. Just an FYI.

The whole reason the default avatar is Rowdy is to encourage members to customize their profiles. And the whole reason members are encouraged to customize their profiles is for the community to get a sense of who they are behind the keyboards and for them to fit in. Because that's a big part of what makes a site built around the sharing of opinions and ideas interesting.

So, for someone to be on the site long enough to have posted a couple *thousand* (mostly) garbage posts and still not care enough to customize an avatar--something that takes, what, a minute or two? I think that says an awful lot about their motivation for posting and their relative maturity level.

I've never been a huge Garrett supporter on game days, but this is a silly and overreactionary post.
Juvenile actually.

Thanks for explaining that to everyone, because apparently, not everyone understands this unwritten rule.

and this is exactly been the problem here.. less now that certain elements are gone. How do you or anyone else get to tell anyone how to be a Cowboy fan?

I love the Dallas Cowboys. I'm a huge Tony Romo fan. Crazy about Dez Bryant as well. Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, Emmitt Smith, Darren Woodson, Herschel Walker, Tony Dorsett, Randy White, Roger Staubach, Tom Landry, Jimmy Johnson, and many more would all be in my personal hall of fame.

Can't stand Jerry Jones and I feel Jason Garrett is a big old zero who is holding the team back.

I'm not saying that's THE way to be a Cowboy fan, but is is MY way to be a Cowboy fan. Stop trying to tell other Cowboy fans what they should or shouldn't do.

You're welcome. It's not really a rule. Just sort of common sense. You come visit a site, you like the board enough to post a lot, you fit into the community. You come by and don't choose to get invested, you're welcome to do that, too. Some people aren't technically inclined. Some don't know what avatar they might select. Some don't care enough. It's pretty easy to tell which is which.

I always get a good hearty laugh when someone posts questioning someone's fanhood.

I get it if the person shows up, has a few posts, ruffles some feathers. Usually that person will flame out in due time.

But I make it a pretty firm habit of never questioning someone's fanhood.

You won't see it from me. Never.

People just do not spend hours of their lives posting on a Cowboys themed board, unless they genuinely care.

Sorry little campers, even the most pathetic trolls who are fans of other teams don't do that. Sorry, they just don't.

I was mocking the OP ...... sad I had to explain that to you.
