Anyone who would blame this loss on Romo needs their head examined

I'm in agreement with you but I believe 36 points should be good enough to win in this league. Especially giving up 3 points in the 1st quarter.

Yeah the defense is putrid. The HC/OC suck beyond belief. And romo got outplayed by another back up.

An average to below average qb is not going to make up for the rest of the team sucking. Throwing int's at the end of the game sure doesn't help either.

So you are saying that Romo, who has been around for 7 years, has played enough to know defenses.......takes ZERO blame for 2 of the WORST THROWS of the season? Really? Yes the play calling in the 4th was HORRIBLE. If I had not paid as much as I did for my flat screen it would not have been working. I WAS FURIOUS. RUN THE BALL YOU STUPID IDIOT......

No I'm saying you can't blame a guy for throwing a INT when he was asked to come in and bail the defense out after leading the team to a 26-3 lead. I criticize Romo a lot but I refuse to do it tonight

I am a BIG Romo supporter. But I want to be fair. And he ABSOLUTELY deserves SOME of the blame. And like other posters have said. I am not nearly as upset about the picks...that is going to happen. But the underthrown balls should concern us. The throw to Miles that got picked was the RIGHT decision. It just did not get executed properly. If that throw is 2 inches further out...Miles scores. The throw to Beasley...whether he should have thrown it or not is debatable...but stopping on a route is NOT debatable....as a PROFESSIONAL WR...you must always think "either I am going to get it, or NO ONE is going to get it"

Romo does deserve plenty of blame.

0-7 on 3rd down late in the game.

We had to settle for 5 FG's.. Yeah we scored 26 pts in the first half but we should have had 46.

How many poorly thrown balls? Under throws? He's lucky he only had a couple of INT's.

There is a lot of blame to go around on this one and Romo is no way exempt.

Hmmmmmm...........Threw 3 picks in 1/2 a quarter (got bailed out of 1)

Checked out of 17 running plays into passing plays..........because he thought it was "the right play"

But hey....Tony's made of Teflon...because nothing sticks to him.

In reality....he is the main cause why Dallas wilts down the stretch

Getting FGs instead of TDs is also to blame.....Romo is what he is...they should have never been in that situation in the first place. We forget it could have been over earlier if they had given GB that first pick.

That's Garrett's fault for being a dumb play caller and too scared to go for it on 4th down atleast once. If he had then maybe we lead 37-3 at the half

Only fools would blame this defense. Everybody that has watched this team knows exactly what this defense is. This pathetic group kept the score in the 30's, did you really expect any better? If you did . . . . . . . . .

To be honest- I think Romo is more to blame than Garrett for this one, but both are complicit. If Garrett doesn't coach Romo to emphasize the run leading 29-10 that's on him.

I seriously find it difficult to fathom that Callahan/Garrett weren't calling more runs this season that Tony turned into passes than noone will ever really know. And the reason I feel this way is because of what happened on 2nd and 6 tonight.

Same ridiculous mentality that thinks, since we expect the defense to be bad, it can literally turn in whatever performance it wants and it's excused with a wave of the hand so we can get to blaming the offense. NFL record 40 first downs? No problem. 35 points in the 2nd half... anytime, man. Because we expected it, so it's ok.

not sure if serious?

anyways the defense has no talent. 30+ points should be expected every week.

the defense should definitely share the blame.
