AP is a joy to watch. Coming out of Oklahoma I had my doubts about the guy, however, the doubts were clearly unfounded.

I honestly think he is is the most violent RB I've seen since Earl Campbell.

He is a beast but Heath needs to secure the tackle and not go for the strip when you are the last line of defense.

Overrated...Heath completely picks him up and their TE/OL pushed him into the endzone. If a Viking does not hold up Peterson, the mighty Jeff Heath body slams Peterson Undertaker style.

It looked like Durant is the one who hit first knocked him out of Heath's grip.

Heath literally has Peterson's feet off the ground. I am not impressed. Also do not believe in the rule, going all the way back to the Notre Dame vs USC game where Reggie Bush scored on a last second TD to win, where offensive players can push a player whose progress has been stopped to assist him to score ESPECIALLY if they will not allow defensive players to do something similar on FGs now. Go figure, offensive-friendly league.

I agree however in some ways I was hoping he would just score instead of coming up a 1 or 2 shy only eating up more clock. At least we got the ball back and was able to come back. I know some will not like this view but sometimes in those situation I would rather have the ball and the clock than to give him 3 fresh downs with time running out.

heath had him completely off the ground, our own guy kept him from being slammed down, then three of their players pushed him in the endzone. AP is a beast but that run had almost nothing to do with him, he just happened to be holding the ball.

I think its more "suspect safety play" rather than an amazing run by AP.. I cringe when I see Heath in our secondary.

Props to Heath for taking him head on with that clean shot..

That was at the five with AP knocking him back to the 4, when the TE came in and pushed hm forward. From 3 onward, AP pushed the pile on his legs, started from such a low point when 86 originally prevented him from falling and carried 3 guys.

Please. Real fans recognize good plays when they see them. That's an awesome run and Peterson does an amazing job of fighting and keeping his legs going. Two guys should be able to take one guy down. But they couldn't because on that play AP was superhuman.

I thought that they were going to blow the whistle for stopping his forward progression. Isn't that how the rule works?
