I expect to not know whether we will win or lose any of the games irrespective of the team we play. This is the NFL. I've seen the Cowboys beat teams they should have lost too and lose to teams they should have destroyed.

Some Cowboys fans expect us to lose to all of the good teams too. I figure we'll win some and lose some against top competition.

Not me. Every year I go into the seasons with dreams and expectations of being the first team to go 19 - 0. Then we suffer our first loss and I resign myself to we will at least win 12 games but still win the SB....every loss thereafter my expectations lower until we either miss the playoffs or lose in the playoffs (at least for the last 20 years). I sulk around for a day or two and then I start to get myself ramped up for another possible bid at 19-0. I guess this would probably disqualify me from the realist club, huh?

I have to laugh at Todd Archer's season predictions. He picks Dallas to lose to every good team they face.

New England loss
Seattle loss
at Green Bay loss (Losing Nelson won't make any difference)

I guess he hasn't paid attention to the Boys going 8-1 on the road in their division the last few years.

Archer?

Yeah. Lol. Like the attitude though. Better than other fans that convince themselves if somehow they can expose every weakness to the world, the team will be better somehow.

I don't see a problem with thinking we might lose to three teams that were better than us last season?

Hell I don't know, I am a fan and can't figure it out either. I study this team just like everyone on this board year round, but still don't know for sure. I could see us losing Sunday night for crying out loud. I do know this, if we lay an egg this season with a healthy Romo, Dez, Tyron, and Lee I am going to be pissed. That bunch is good enough for at least 8 wins alone.

I am sick of hearing about Philly already though. Bradford, there RB's, yadda yadda. Murray is a stud, but Matthews and Bradford are just like Lee, except Lee has produced on this stage, all injuries waiting to happen.

Did you watch last season? Dallas spotted Seattle 10 points and still whipped them in their house. How exactly were they better?

I'm glad we're getting the hate again. Will motivate this team even more.

Agree 150%, i was just listening to the Freddie Coleman show on ESPN radio and dude starts talking about how this year is looking "wide open" in terms of all the potential teams that could win the SB, n then he starts listing off all the teams he deems "legit" SB contenders, and that list was something like this: Pats, Packers, Seahags, Broncos, Colts, Ravens, EAGLES, Steelers....and that was it! I literally LoL'd immediately after i heard that list- Ok not IMMEDIATELY after because i spent the first 5 minutes cursing Freddie Coleman out in my car lol, i'm still a sucker for useless mediot banter i know, but i mean honestly, how ridiculous is that ****?

I mean it's completely absurd and absolute ludacris that these fools continue to disrespect JG and the Boys while SEVERELY overrating the pathetic Eagles acting as if Sam ****in' BRADFORD is the second coming of Steve Young or Brett Favre (i.e a guy who suffered with a bad team but now will flourish under the tutelage of the "great" CHIP KELLAYYY!!) I mean good Lord, it makes me nauseous hearing these uninformed, biased mediots violently slurp the Fecals crusty, overrated ball-sacks.

HOWEVA (as the miserable Stephen A. Smith likes to screech), the media's overlooking of our 2015 Dallas Cowboys might just be the best thing that could've happened to this team to begin the year. I mean after the success attained last year AND all the D-Line additions made this offseason, one might logically assume that most of the knowledgeable, unbiased mediots out there would clearly pick Dallas to, at the VERY LEAST, win the NFC East right?

Apparently this isn't the case as too many "experts" have unbelievably found yet another way to try and hate on this Cowboys team by legitimately trying to argue that the loss of Demarco Murray (and now Orlando Scandrick) will, brace yourself, be TOO MUCH FOR THIS TEAM OT OVERCOME!! LOL i mean *** is that? THe pats lose both starting corners from last year and theyre still the Favorites to WIN THE SB but we lose an aging, overworked, injury prone RB who had a career year behind the BEST OL IN FOOTBALL and all of a sudden WE'RE DOOOOOMED!!!

Lmao, I have no doubts that our 2015 Cowboys are reading and listening to some of these "expert" opinions and are licking their chops in anticipation of that first snap, where they'll show the world that last year was no fluke and DeMarco was nothing more than a PRODUCT of the BEST OL IN FOOTBALL!!! Ok Sorry for the rant, i'm just hyped, FOOTBALLS LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY FELLAS, GET HYPED

Oh, it'll be pay up time for Archer when this season is over...and he is in the guilty as charged side of things.

They went to the Super Bowl and should've been Super Bowl champions if not for a brainfart. 49ers beat us last season does that mean they are better?

Archer is a reporter, not a cheerleader or a fan. If that's his take, so be it. He has a right to his opinion.
