Yes. You have missed a lot

New Contract offers made to lamb (yesterday) and Dak (last week)

The details of each offer haven’t been released yet.

We are still waiting to see how much Stephen wants Dak and Lamb to pay the Jones family to play for them.

I think Dak's market value is $60M/yr and his true value is closer to $30M or $40M.

It's not a Dak thing, it's a QB market thing. I actually like Dak more than most fans here. But QB salaries are out of whack.
I don’t understand how any realistic fan of our great franchise can be content with paying Dak 60 mill when we all know he needs a lot of help and support to win.

Did I miss something? Sorry if this is a repost...........

They have known for many months what the numbers would need to be. They did not have to wait on the “leaves.”

This was a publicity stunt whether they extend him or let him play the year out. If they are so far apart that the deal cannot be made-then they have known it for months too and could have just stated they would play the year out with no new contract. If they wanted to extend him, then give him a huge guarantee and be done with it. The whole situation is absurd-as either way the issue could have been easily put to rest months ago.

They’re ridiculous. And it looks like all the NFL players are trying to maximize their worth.

Maybe but the mere fact they MADE an offer to Dak within the last week speaks volumes IMO. You waste time making him an offer unless you are seriously trying to sign him and make no mistake, Stephen knows exactly what it will take.
It means that it’s just a matter of time before he’s extended.

Inmates are starting to really run the asylum's. I am interested to see if Jerry leads the way on this. I think we are seeing some of it in real time. Millionaires trying to pwn Billionaires. Interested to see where it goes as a commoner. hah!

His true value is over 55.
