I already have. Im 54 years old, so this ain tmy 1st rodeo, so to speak, when it comes to players holding out. i normally dont really care, because i know that deals will always get done. But I swear these players are too uch into the Cowboys hype and publicity, and it is really hurting us as far as signing players. I brought this up a few years ago and people laughed. Look at Tyler Biadasz.... he was solid, and he got 3 years for 20 million... he wasnt great, but hes a Cowboy. He is on TV almost every week in nationally televised games. It clearly helps these guys when it comes to free agency. There is no doubt in my mind. Now Lamb,,,,.especially Lamb.... he thinks he is THE BEST WR in the game because he had a monster year with 20000 targets last year?

He is good and I love the guy. But if I had to chose him over Jefferson, I know who Im taking, and it aint Lamb. Yet he is wanting more than Jefferson. Tghis is messed up.
The Star definitely allows the players to "puff" out their chests. I am on the side of letting them go.. When was the last time a Cowboys player left that did amazing things? The guy that went to the Jaguars like 30 years ago? They let Amari go for NOTHING, so I don't know about him but everyone else? I dunno... let em go I say. I forgot Demarcus Ware... he did do well with Denver in a perfect spot. Oh well.

Cowboys offered Lamb 48 million per season for 5 years totalling 240 million. They offered Dak 5 years at 500 million total with 350 million guaranteed. Both players turned them down.

Maybe but the mere fact they MADE an offer to Dak within the last week speaks volumes IMO. You waste time making him an offer unless you are seriously trying to sign him and make no mistake, Stephen knows exactly what it will take.
We are in the PR stage of negotiation. Leak the offer's made = Jones good, Dak bad. Im sure France will come back with counter PR.

Dak's here for 2024, it's the one leverage point the Jones' have.....making it appear that it's Dak's choice not to sign (just imagine the reception for every poor Dak performance).

If I were Jerry, i'd be holding onto the details....if it contains the "we offered a career ending contract", then Dak has to come out with his true intentions.

I don't know. I watch the games on TV and for home games it's unclear if there are even fans in the stands. I don't hear them. I suppose half the fans are looking up at the big TV and the other half of them are looking at the art.

Well my assumption is they were very good offers or they would both be signed. Lamb should be the priority however

Funny thing is, you aren't far off. No one would ever side with Jethro... I get it BUT the inmates are trying to run the asylums across the NFL Time to take a side I guess.
That's the second reference you've made about these professional athletes/businessman as prisoners. Sounds like you've been told you keep coming up short....

Yes. You have missed a lot

New Contract offers made to lamb (yesterday) and Dak (last week)

The details of each offer haven’t been released yet.

We are still waiting to see how much Stephen wants Dak and Lamb to pay the Jones family to play for them.
Offers that the team feels is friendly to them, not what the agent feels is friendly to the client! We can send whatever we want, doesn't mean it's a good deal

Betcha Cap Boy's offer it was not near the massive deals Love ( GB) ...and Tua (Miam) just got.

Dak Camp very likely to seek deals in those two players range.

Todd France I’m sure is asking for the most.
and i don't blame him.

- Dak was 2nd in the NFL MVP voting ,...
- Look at the demanding QB market of today, ..
- look at the future NFL contract packages and growing NFL salary cap, ..
- and the next signed long term contract by Dak, is very likely his last NFL contract.
