Anyone else remember when Archie played for the Oilers and he flung an underhand long pass at Philly? Guessing 1982.

Just asking.

You're the problem with this franchise thinking Dak is the answer lol. Look at all the teams that have gotten 1st round QBs recently and how much better their teams have gotten... Texans, Commanders, Broncos etc... Yeah... QB play (the most important position on the field) doesn't matter. BINGO!
I’m the problem with the franchise? This isn’t about me. The Cowboys went from 4-12 to 13-3 with Dak his rookie year. This last QB draft has been one of the better ones so far. However, the Bears are still struggling with Williams. Stroud hasn’t looked as good this year. Burrow is having a good season but his team has a worse record than the Cowboys. Despite using the number one overall pick on a QB four years ago, Jacksonville is still struggling. Justin Herbert was a top 10 pick 5 years ago and is only 2 games over 500. Wilson has looked much better with a good team around him. No QB would have success against contending teams with this Cowboys team.

If you want to get a big bag without producing or being accountable then yeah, the Cowboys are the way to go.

If you would like to win a SB at least once in your career, then stay as far away from Jerry Jones as you can.

Was Aikman ever going to be a soft football player? From what you know about him from afar you really believe that?
It's not the player, it's the culture. Aikman had Jimmy Johnson culture which was a winner's culture. It has been Jerry Circus culture ever since he fired Jimmy. No players can overcome that. It's why the Cowboys have no shot at all until Jerry passes on and it will never have one again if Stephen takes up right where Jerry left off.

I think he has two years of eligibility left and has talked about using his full eligibility so 2027?

You didn't answer the question. Would Troy Aikman be a weakminded soft qb without Jimmy? A yes or no would do.

Instead of being excited about the possibilities, you come up with this? We can say, most fans fit the entitled label.
Yea I definitely don't buy into Jerry turning every player into a weak weasel. Some fans basically think Jerry is God

I bet you'll be here to watch him fail...
Of course, it is like watching another bad sequel to a horrible movie after another and you still watch the next one. :muttley:Football is nothing more than entertainment to me and it can be good or bad, at the end of the day it does not bother me any.
