I still can't believe the Horns' ST coach didn't look for that fake punt, especially with Georgia's starting punter out after being injured!!
You are correct that was pretty big although credit to our defense still only gave up a field goal there I mean our defense bailed out queen on that last interception as well by getting another one so yeah our weaknesses special teams and the fact that you can't trust your quarterback making that big mistake.. Don't get me wrong he played way better than the first Georgia game he did play well but he always finds a way like you said to take the sack when it's not on the offensive line when he just holds the ball too long gets balls tipped because of his low weird side throwing angle that he has his release is too low in my opinion i don't think he'll ever be a good professional because of that...

Why would any player want to play for Jerry when they will never have a chance to compete for a divisional playoff game?
Because I don't see it like that this is still America's team this is a galvanizing team who watched by the way the owner let's take the GM out of it pays his players it's already been talked about here he values his homegrown talent and what better place for a guy like arch manning with his namesake being all over the NFL to come to a place that exudes the history of the NFL they're in prime time all the time games they'll be talked about all over the Internet the the money would be there the opportunity for outside marketing advertising and getting a job when you're done this is big if you don't see that I'm sorry that some of y'all still blind or what the Dallas Cowboys really mean this is not the Jerry Jones Cowboys yes he owns the Cowboys he's a mouthpiece he talks a lot but if you ignore all that this is still the Dallas Cowboys,

This :starspin: still carries a lot of weight whether you like it or not it does doesn't matter who the owner is you want to play and you also would have an ego,

I mean the Mannings believe that Arch coming in here could be the missing piece, but still we're getting way ahead of his my Longhorns, I love him but I have yet to see him play real games like against good competition on a consistent basis before we find out if this kids even NFL caliber we don't know...

I still find it ironic that you don't see this stop with the Jerry thing blaming you he's just the owner in GM but he doesn't affect me when it comes to rooting for my Cowboys he's just a piece we can't move out we have no control over but you do realize that shador Sanders hunter Travis hunter this is one of the places that Deion Sanders would like his son or his players to go that ought to tell you all you need to know..

America loves a winner and we are anything but a winner. I never liked the America’s Team label but at least 30 years ago and in the 70s, we deserved that label.

I'm not sure what your responses are hoping to get we're America's team regardless we actually are a winner I mean do I need to go through this every time I explain you what winner means look we want more championships but we do have 5 we're waiting on #6 Jerry's waiting on number 4 you do realize that the other 3 franchises in pro sports The Mavericks stars and Rangers only have 3 together all three in the history of their franchises nobody talks about them like that they don't use narratives and how long it's been since they won a championship that's only here this is a fan born nonsensensical narrative it makes no sense literally the Dallas Cowboys in the last decade let's just keep it in the last 10 years have been top 6IN win percentage literally regular season wins the last five years we have three division titles we've been to the playoffs 5 out of the last eight years and outside of this year being completely a disaster with injuries like 2020 Cowboys are on a lot of prime time games still getting high ratings that is winning literally I don't care what you think the label of America's team means,

but I can tell you this 56 years is how long it took for the Kansas City Chiefs to get back here and mentioning the chiefs.. They are one of the new dynasties to go along with the patriots and I'm gonna add in the Cowboys you know why I'm adding in the Cowboys 'cause they're the only three teams since 1989 they have three or more championships so when you think about winning you just have what's going on now in your mind without looking at the big picture the big picture is what players like arch manning would see and the reason that they're being mentioned are you upset and triggered that the actual father or grandfather I didn't even listen to the video because I don't care has said he would like this to be one of his choices for his family to come play for the Cowboys it triggers you because your opinion doesn't align with theirs their opinion is all that what matters ratings are opinions and keep coming to the games people keep talking about the Cowboys on every ESPN show there's about 75 Facebook groups or forums like this that hold a cowboy's names I would call that relative the Cowboys are America's team bad or indifferent whether you love us or hate us This is why it's a galvanizing logo and people wanna be part of it..

FACT
I didn't even have coffee today so you're lucky I'm stopping here but if you keep replying this is what you're going to get facts not emotional hyperbole rhetoric and run on narratives because we all understand we want more out of the playoffs we want to get back to an NFC championship game we want to get back to a championship they're harder to get to than you think I've already put some proof up there and I can put far more than that I mean it's not the longest route in history 28 years is nothing look it hurts it sucks but it doesn't change the fact that we're still America's team and that star means something why don't you get it through thick heads, that this is no longer the Tom Landry era, but you can't cancel culture Jerrys 3 championships, they have a lot of value.. people understand they don't come around everyday... It doesn't matter how long ago they came because some teams have none and others are sitting on one literally Tom landry's era that Dallas cowboy era only got us 2 2 championships Jerry got us 3 I don't get what you're saying I understand our hunger for wanting to get back into this drought hurts the fan base it doesn't change the star....:starspin:But why don't you go ahead and let Manning know that they must be wrong because you say so lmao.. By the way I watched the draft kids get very excited along with their families when they're announced they're going to the Dallas Cowboys it's too bad that you are down on your own team but that's OK i get it but what you are is very wrong! ....They all want to come here, that's a fact...

Sure, and we'd love to have him. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, how do we get him? Only way is to tear down what we have and start over. You must be drafting in the top 3 to even have a shot at him. And Jerry is nowhere near smart enough to handle this sort of strategy.

Last time we took a QB #1 it was Aikman, led to 3 super bowls. If we want to win a super bowl, the same sort of strategy must be employed. Trade away some valuable assets and start over. That's how this works. Jerry has desperately been trying for 30 years(or so) to prove that that's not the way to win, and has failed miserably. Need some top draft picks, but we need someone different picking the groceries.

According to many of the brainiacs here the Cowboys aren’t winning a SB because of their QB. Many think all the Cowboys need to do is replace Dak and BINGO!
Well, he is a big reason, especially w/ his cap hits, but no, it's not that easy.

He saw Jerry pay Dak 60mil at re-siging. Arch could ask for 80-85mil the way the cap is going up and Jerry/Stephen would fold
Unless Arch is lot smarter than Dak(not difficult) and is willing to sign a long term deal that would allow the team to push salary down the road(See Mahomes) so the cap room would be available to sign key players(Kelce, Chris Jones, NNadi, Tranquill, Justin Reid, Mike Danna).

We should stink that much when he's ready to declare for the draft, but Jerry will ruin the kid.
Jerry is very capable of ruining things for sure .All Dallas fans can hope for is some luck along the way ,because common sense is low for the Cowboys GM.

Arch will likely be #1 off the board. So we probably need to start tanking for him now, trade our 1st pick this year and hope for the best the following draft. We'll likely need a haul of picks to get into the #1 spot.
Yeah, that's not the way it works with the Mannings.

Dollar dollar bills is why…if you play and play well he will pay and pay well…one thing Jerry is very good at is taking care of his own.

It’s hard for me to get excited about college QBs and their potential in the NFL, especially when they haven’t played much at all on the college stage. So many college QBs flop and crash at the pro level. Arch has a great pedigree. That’s something, I guess.

“America’s Team” is a fans perspective, not players’ perspective. Do you think there is a single professional football player that would want to play for the Cowboys because of the sticker on the helmet as opposed to winning a Super Bowl with any of the the other 31 teams?
