The best years of defense/rest of the team havent lined up with his best years. Thats one ofthe difference between having an elite quarterback and a very good quarterback.

Jerry always, always overpays for average talent. And because he's handed them ridiculous contracts, he expects them to be superstars. And they aren't.

Blow this team up - the only ones worth keeping are probably Lamb, Downs, and (maybe) Aubrey. Nobody else is worth building a new team around.
