Schoon has had a couple of those also. Same with Lamb. Same with Cooks. You know where I'm going with this. What game was it, Ferguson was wide open on a deep route down the middle of the field and not seen.

You should try reading more. You might avoid saying things like Carlos Watkins was more important than we realize. You go, you little prolific reader you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There isn't a trade that can fix this offense. So about two thirds of the fans think this year's team is worse than the 2022 team that wasn't good enough either yet the owner feels really comfortable with standing pat at the trade deadline.
Time on the carpet...not just fan evaluations. There isn't a trade that can fix this offense.
So we come full circle, we aren't as good as last year and already suffered a defeat which may indicate we aren't the team we all hoped/believed in pre-seaon.So about two thirds of the fans think this year's team is worse than the 2022 team that wasn't good enough either yet the owner feels really comfortable with standing pat at the trade deadline.
Truth. There isn't a trade that can fix this offense.
Wait a minute but everyone was blaming Moore for the issues on offense and not the guy behind center.I say we were better last year mainly on the offense
Unfortunately I think you're right. As much as I'd like to get Henry, In the end I don't think it would put us over. There isn't a trade that can fix this offense.
You should study the English language and it's usage more. You might gain an understanding into the variances of thought and such. You might even understand inflection, irony, context, psychology, stuff like that. You should try reading more. You might avoid saying things like Carlos Watkins was more important than we realize.
Yup. I had high hopes for both Gilmore and Cooks but either they are both losing a step or this team is hampering them….it got to be one or the other.Losing Diggs is the real killer...was always possible of a turnover with him. Now???? Teams are starting to figure out Gilmore is a shell of himself...
They were both signed as complementary players. Gilmore was fine when he was the #2 CB, which is what he clearly is at this stage of his career.Yup. I had high hopes for both Gilmore and Cooks but either they are both losing a step or this team is hampering them….it got to be one or the other.
That’s a good point. I remember #4 making Terrance Williams go invisible in 2016 so it could be more to it than Cooks declining in skills. They were both signed as complementary players. Gilmore was fine when he was the #2 CB, which is what he clearly is at this stage of his career.
Cooks? I have no idea.
I think he's the 3rd option. As such, mostly as the QB is going through his reads, they don't get to him. Maybe they're having run the wrong routes, maybe he should be the slot guy, I really can't say on this one. However, since he's been productive everywhere he's been, I simply doubt that his lack of production is on him. That’s a good point. That is always the elephant in the room!!!I think the quarterback position has regressed.
