They only put up 40 when it doesn't matter. So. Yes. If you score 40 that means your defense is on the field a lot also.

Yeah, I doubt he drops below the low 20's.

I have no problem with the idea of running the football behind a big powerful OL and having a defense that can get off the field without giving up points. But I do not want an offense that cannot come from behind either. There are always games where the defense has an off day and the offense needs to win one by scoring late. The best offense is a balanced offense that can run when it has to.

But I think the defense needs to get better than where they are now and they need depth just in case they sustain any injuries.
