Article: Amazing Disgrace (Quincy Carter)

I would. As Mr. Miyagi said to Daniel in Karate Kid II, "if you sacrifice your principles for passions, even if you win, you lose." It doesn't matter what you define as "passions." He lost because whatever he had as principles, he sacrificed them for the passion of weed.

With regard to Irvin, I have never heard him blame the Cowboys or the Police. Last I checked he takes full responsibility. I see a difference.

Nice philosophy there, but it still doesn't cover the the judging of another individual to the extent as a lot of these posters. As far as you holding yourself to those standards, ask someone else around do you live up to that standard day in day out, because experience has taught me we tend to grade ourselves on a curve.

With reguards to Irvin I remember him laying the blame for a found crackpipe on a friend, or is that taking responsibility. Sorry but I fail to see the difference.

I'll do so right after you call Jeff Garcia to obtain tips on how to get over your man-hate for said player.
Sorry. I was playing Madden online.

So, tell me, where has there been examples of Jeff Garcia's hated of other players? Or other men, for that matter? Pray tell, any links?

I've no fear of how those around me would judge me. None at all. I don't stab people in the back. In the past even those who considered me an enemy knew that when the chips were down I could be counted on. If anything I grade myself rather harshly. I just know that I would not cross the line that you so cavalierly drew in the sand. You expect people to fail. I, on the other hand, expect them to be trustworthy. If they aren't it will never be because I set them up to fail.

Irvin's friend also came forward to take the blame, so he actually told the truth.

You wouldn't know the truth if if slapped you on the behind and was holding a sign taking blame.

Better example = McFlabb. But you already know that.

I wonder if you intentionally misspell McNabb's name because he's a non-Cowboys player or because he's not on Owens' favorite person list.

:lmao: I Can't say that I have. I do what I can you know.
And when it comes to defending Owens, you do all that you can. Props. Simon Peter could've learned a thing or two from you.

:clap2:

What is the correct spelling?

I'm probably a little overboard in my defense of Terrell but I want to see this team win another Lombardi and believe he can help us get it. We probably shouldn't totally hijack this thread though. ;)
