It's so funny how spot on that is, too.

I've found myself with a lot of time on my hands suddenly, so I've been following this news all week, every day.

But when the news broke, I was literally asleep on the couch watching TV, like the article says.

I thought, there's no way they're going to announce this at 10 PM on a Friday night or even on the weekend. Might as well chill because it looks like they've come to their senses and will keep interviewing other people.

That they dumped this news so late tells you everything you need to know. They don't care. And they don't care that we care.

They even know it's a bad hire. They don't want the publicity. People should have learned after last year that they don't care about us and they don't care about winning. No big name coach wants to work in this mess. MM leaving took them off guard and they hired the easiest choice.

Why? What is the reason? Because some Cowboys fans are unhappy? NFL thinks about good of NFL. They don't care if we are really succeeding in football. We were 12-5 three years in a row. Lost in playoffs. So there is success just no championships. Cowboys bring attention to the league. That's valuable to all owners.

The other owners aren't invested in Cowboys success. You are.

Canceled a trip to Jerry World last year because of their offseason. Was so mad that someone gave me a Cowboys tee for Christmas. Pretty sure it was a gag gift. That's what Cowboys merchandise is now
