5-10 vs 6-2 and great leaping ability....

Don't leave 1 on 1...they almost have to play 2 man under or this will happen

and hes 6-0

Running game better take over if the safeties are back

The Eagles do not have anyone on their team that can cover Dez. They will have issues bringing him down because all three CB's are poor tacklers.

Agreed..i dare them to bring heat....i doubt they will though...we will see cover 2 and 2 man under..Romo will have to be patient

Dez should win this matchup EASILY. Samuel is a ballhawk not a cover corner.

Dez is good but Samuel is the type of CB that will make you pay for running sloppy routes. He didn't pick up 20+ int over the past few years for being a slouch.

I don't think there's a DB in the league that can physically matchup with Dez.

As soon as Dez hones his craft, he will be Megatron-Like unstoppable.

Dez dominated Revis for a half so when healthy, motivated I reckon he can eat anyone up.

...most of you in this thread seem to conveniently forget the inconsistency of our pass protection.

Talking about one on one match ups as if the other areas of the opposing team are unable to contribute is ignoring the realities of football and more importantly the real issues of this team.

I would avoid talking about Des or Miles vs a ny EAgles corner if the protection is lacking.

yeah, if you run a bad route he can jump...it's pick 6 all day....

Protection and ability to run is key to our offensive success Sunday night. Last time we beat them in the playoffs Felix went off on them. I hope we found a new effective running game with FB and Murray.

Its interesting to note, I was listening to a Mike Jenkins interview yesterday and he stated that Ryan gives the corners free reign on how they want to play their man, as long as they get them covered.

I was actually going to create a thread about this after listening to his interview. I found that very interesting. Maybe the DBs are playing better this season because they are playing the technique they are most comfortable with. Obviously there's more to it than that, but it certainly helps.

I think Dez will have a few catches (4 at most). I don't think he'll crack 100 yards and have a huge day.

I think we'll see results similar to his game against the Jets.

He'll be going up against two of the better CBs in the league. And right now I don't think he has the route running skills or consistency to eat up a good CB for an entire game.

But luckily for us we have plenty of other weapons to fall back on. I really think Dallas will have their best offensive performance of the year on Sunday night.

I'm looking for a lot of WR screens. Samuel's a poor tackler and Miles/Dez are monsters after the catch.

Ogletre''s best route is also the WR screen.

I really expect them to put Namdi on Witten in certain packages.

Has Dez ever had a 100 yard receiving game in the NFL? If so, I don't recall it.

They better double Miles or they'll lose again.

You have some serious issues, bro!

Either that, or you are Mile's love child.

Well, let's see...he was out most of last year, and he's only in a few games this year.

He should have at least 7 games over 100.

He has one in Week 9 (?) last year against the Giants: 3 catches 104 yards and 1 TD.

He's played in 17 NFL games so far.

I think Dez will play great, but I think we will run against the terrible Philly run D alot. so the WRs probably won't light it up stats wise.
