Ashton Jeanty 5'8"

At #12, the Cowboys had better get it right

Jeanty has the production, no question
Jeanty has speed
But size is lacking ... I would be very concerned

Moreover, this is a deep RB class

@ #12, this is a hard pass
So, is this official? Where are you getting the measurements?

can anyone give an assessment on Jeanty's pass blocking?
I haven't focused on that aspect, but from what I saw there's a reason it doesn't get brought up.

On topic, 5'8 goes well with 215lbs, at RB. I expect Jeanty to weigh in smaller than 215, but if he could get to around 220 and keep his speed, sign me up.

Worrying about a RB’s height is the equivalent to being concerned with a QB’s tackling form.

It’s a very difficult thing to do, but congrats on making the worst post of the day

Yea, I don't get it, 5'8" is within the reasonable "limits" anyways. Not like he's 5'2" 170lb or some extreme outlier.

What was the size of DL and LB then compared to now?

Yeah, exactly

Im not taking Jeanty at 12

Not because if size but position and competition
sorry dude their size has not increased hardly at all since the late 90's early 2000's
so that does not wash

Johnathon Taylor and Josh Jacobs each led the NFL in rushing and they are both 5-10

so this squawk about height seems DUMB

The way I’ve been playing with the draft Jeanty Messes up later picks. Trenches, then running back (Hampton) Even a RB in the third round. But Hampton is really a good back.
