He was like that before Boise State Kellen Moore thought he was back at Boise State. Throw -throw- throw

I was loving watching that first half. The way they moved up and down the field and scored TDs instead of settling for FGs. Dak looked great, amazing even. But then BAD DAK showed up. I agree with you, bi-polar is the correct description for it. Both Dak and Moore are bi-polar. They can look so good, the plays called can be so good - then the next series you are let scratching your head. No idea what either on of them are doing. You are right it drives you nuts from week to week, half to half, series to series. Pure insanity

it’s so frustrating. that td to hebdershot had me over the moon. fast forward a bit and … :(

bruh he’s never made the playoffs lol

comparisons, how about dak tyron being out all year, amari being gone, gallup missing the first 6 weeks, losing two starting corners, losing starting right tackle

i’m a herbert fan but he’s not the god being made out.
30 receiving yards a game Michael gallup?

Dak’s inconsistency is maddening. He is directly responsible for giving opponents extra possessions and that is NEVER good. All this crap about defense is useless. The game today has been modified to where “real defense” is illegal. There’s no such thing other than pressuring the QB. All the rest of it is in ine’s imagination.

Dak played great. LOL............extra possesions? Oh NO!!!! One bad pick, 3 TD's.

Defense was horrid and lost the game.

His team is in the playoffs. If Micah, Diggs, and CeeDee were out for the amount of time that Bosa, JC, and Keenan Allen have been out you slack jawed mfers would be sitting around right now talking about who you want to draft in the top 5 of the 2023 draft.

So Herbert is the better QB since he's winning games now with all his horses back. Got it.

Just wondering how the 17 points his Chargers scored today would have held up if he had the "support" from today's Dallas defense.

Today, Dak is just a scapegoat. He led the offense to 34 points in regulation and a Go ahead TD drive at the end. Jags got the ball back at their own 30 with only 1:12 in regulation. Yet Dak is the scapegoat?
The Jacksonville Jags dominated our defense all game long! Despite opening up 14 point leads twice and even extending it once, the Jags only punted 3 times all game, 1 fewer than the Cowboys.

I didn’t defend Dak last week. He played poorly despite leading the clinching TD drive. Today he played better than good. Great in the first half and very good second half. He had us across the 50 on our way to the game winning FG in overtime. On 3rd down he hits Brown in between the 8 and 5 for another first down, but somehow he’s to blame for this? That’s just lazy thinking. I don’t know what more he could have done than going over 30 points, leading what should have been the winning drive, and in overtime doing what had to be done and let down by the receiver. That’s not making excuses…..just facts.

At the end of the day it doesn’t matter. Dak hit a receiver right in the chest for what would have been a first down. The receiver has to catch the ball.
I too believe it should have been caught. However, Dak’s problems go much deeper than a wide out dropping a ball. It was a forced throw into a small window when there were significantly better options. That is not Brown’s fault. Dak has done it regularly with the exception of 2016 .. when he didn’t have think .. or analyze .. or read .. just run the play.

Lets stop beating around the bush and get down to square biz. Who takes this team further in the playoffs as constructed Dak or Herbert

Just wondering what if that pass just hit the ground? Dallas would have punted and we have no idea what would have happened after....maybe even a tie.

My comparison is Herbert to Prescott. As a body of work over his career Prescott has had Soooooooooooooooooo much help around him yet well his performances are all there for anyone objective to review. Herbert is running for his life in every game.

Burrow is a fantastic QB. No argument with you there. Bengals have a decent D as well.
Herbert is more talented than Dak. He’s more talented than most QBs in the NFL, but don’t tell me he doesn’t have weapons….that’s garbage. He has 2, not 1, but 2 20 million dollar receivers and very good RBs. If he’s missing anything, it’s OL.

It really is so damn frustrating watching this team. Waiting for them to play like they did in Minnesota, knowing they're capable of that- but they just won't. I wish they'd put them on Sundays nights from now on so after the games I can go to bed and forget about it, instead of be thinking about the game all day- LOL

Dak’s job is to get the ball to a receiver. He did. The receiver dropped the ball that hit him square in the chest.

even if there were other receivers open. They could have dropped the ball just like Noah brown.

The cause of the int was a receiver dropping the ball. Not Dak’s decision making.

I'm with you here and I am also going to be honest with you bro- for me it's Herbert.

And I'll tell you why- it's the Cowboys' coaching staff. I am a Dak fan but I am not blind to his limitations. So why does this staff continue to run plays that are not to his strengths? It's as dumb as making Tom Brady scramble or forcing Lamar Jackson to stay in the pocket.

This team can win a lot with Dak, they've proved it in the past. But why not run what Dak does best? If it means more play action, more up-tempo, more roll-outs, than do it. They are trying to transform Dak into a player he isn't and it's making him look bad and even worse, it's hurting the team.

Several high passes, accuracy is off. I’ve seen every QB since Meredith and Dak is the first one I’ve seen that after this long, you just wait (and expect), the bonehead play or decision. It’s maddening because he has the tools .. and for whatever reason, cannot maintain the intensity and demeanor to put 4 quarters together. And there were 2 picks. Brown needed to catch it, sure, he’s a pro. But Dak’s a pro too and he forced a ball into a small window when there were significantly better options.

He locks on .. he always has. He was going there regardless of what was transpiring on the field .. and Brown’s chest was 8” off the ground. But yeah, he’s caught much worse throws from #4.

He wasn’t locked on Brown. He literally got flushed out of the pocket due to the pass rush. You don’t know what you’re watching.

and both tds were absolute dimes.

I can’t believe how bi-polar this performance was, snd Im sick of needing to go through the mental exercises of analyzing his play. This loss really deflated me
Dak is just wildly inconsistent.
Drives me crazy.
Drop a dime
Then a few plays later over throws the receiver for an interception.
Ugh!!!!!!
