and both tds were absolute dimes.

I can’t believe how bi-polar this performance was, snd Im sick of needing to go through the mental exercises of analyzing his play. This loss really deflated me
At one point, about 2/3rds through the 2nd quarter Lawrence had 84 yards passing!

I agree, I've got no issues with the offensive game plan today and Dak and KM aside from a few stinker plays I think looked alright. This game in my opinion is 100% on the D, they're resorting back to their bed crapping was of previous seasons.
Kelvin Joseph was MOST of the problem...and on a day where the pass rush wasn't getting home, it was made worse. You can absolve the offense but the defense did get two stops...one in regulation and one in OT. The results of both of those was a three and out and an INT.

Just because you scored 34 points doesn't mean that the game is over and you've done "your part". A game is sixty minutes long and if you don't think it is or should be, then might as well not even show up. On days when the defense ain't all-world the offense has to carry the team, just like when the defense carried the team during the Rush games. They should've been able to get ONE first down, or even force Jax to take their final timeout.

The Dallas defense, a week ago, improbably saved the game from a sure loss. The offense couldn't do the same this week.

Why you are scheming the ball to Brown and not Lamb in those two KEY situations is certainly a question for Kellen Moore and Dak Prescott. Together, as a tandem, I don't see them ever delivering a championship. Consistency of decision-making and game-planning/scheming is simply NOT there.

What separates grandmasters from lesser chess players? More consistent, with fewer mistakes. They grind you down in relentless fashion.

Dak had like 250 yards. 3 TD to 1 int. And a passer rating of 124 going into OT.

other than the first Int he played very well.

the second int was 100% on Noah Brown who should have caught the pass and gotten us the first down.

Welcome to the CZ, a few years ago there was a QB named Romo, he threw for 500+ yrds vs Broncos (Payton M), Romo had multiple TDs, and his last pass was a fluke as he stepped on the foot of his OL men while avoiding pressure in the pocket, that action threw him off balance and threw an INT that ultimately cost the game. The CZ board was also having QB for dinner that night.

Nothing is different but the names are changed.

I'm not being argumentative here.

The D as a whole wasn't great today and Joseph does look like a liability.

I agree there are consistency issues on both sides of the ball, I don't really follow other teams so I'm not sure if this is exclusive to the Cowboys or if it's an issue to all but the best teams.

Could the offense have done more? Sure, but they still put up 34 points and after the defense gave up the lead they came back and re took it. So I'm not too down on them, and really the offense has been carrying this team for quite some time so I do tend to be a little more skeptical of the defense.

"Other than the 1st interception, bla , bla, bla...." I keep reading this after losses... problem is no one aknowledges the magnitude of the play in the game result, not the HC, not the OC, not the owner, not Dak's fans, not Dak.

It just takes one INT to turn the game around, give up momentum to the opponent, throw away all that has been built by the running game, defense and special teams up to that point. It just takes one little, tiny interception from the guy who every week says he needs to be better.

Turnovers are too important. Look at Tampa today, they were dominanting the Bengals, then they turned the ball a couple of times and the game flipped completely.

Nobody said that. I literally blamed Dak for the first int. The second int was absolutely the receivers fault.

Yep you are right. I didnt read your second line.

But here are some people who argue exactly the way i put it in my sarcastic answer: Everytime Dak makes an bad throw its the WRs fault. Somtimes this drive me nuts, then i just have to let it go. But i directed it towards the wrong person. Sorry for that.
