Is this another bully the agent's family thread?give him a huge raise during the season would tell teams what to expect if they try to grab him.
Has an NFL coach ever received an in-season raise without a job title change?i would do it by week 9 if the results continue.
may be give him 95% of garrett's salary?
want to let the other teams that jerry will not let anyone steal him.

Byron Jones will jump over the goal posts crossbar which is 10 feet off the ground....discuss...
Teams can't contact him during the season about a job.no, if things continue, moore will be a hot commodity.
why not preempt other teams trying to poach him.
give him piles of $

He can only take a Head Coaching job while under contract. I'm certain he got at least 3 years on a contract when he took the OC job.
McVay was a similar age when hired as the Rams HC but he had 9 year of coaching experience including 3 as the Skins OC.
I don't know if Kellen Moore would want an HC job in 2020, especially if the OC pay from the Cowboys is similar.
Garrett's contract is up after the season. If Moore really wants an HC job then give him the Cowboys HC job.
If he really wants an HC job then paying him more as OC won"t keep him from taking an HC job if he was offered one.
If he prefers to be a highly paid OC then they can bump his pay at the end of the season or after another team makes a request to interview him.
The Cowboys are not going to change Moore's pay in the middle of the season similar to how they're not going to switch to a 7-4 defense.
Garrett was a good OC when he started. Let's wait and see what happens when we start to play real teams.

^THIS^I take it as a good sign that our opponents are viewed as weak. That is the mark of greatness. Making it look easy. We are going to be favored in 14 or 15 of our games. Not because everyone else is bad, but because we are already being seen as dominant. This is fun!
