Austin poll

Contribute some as the 4th or 5th guy and make the occasional play. I'm less sold on him the more I see him play. Real shame because he was one of the guys I was most excited about going into this year.

Austin will also find some way to get hurt too.

Unfortunatly, I think Roy Williams will miss some games too.

Me too... of course I think he will also contribute on special teams... but I think about it this way lets say there are 4 grades that can be given to a WR... Great\Good\Fair\Poor where would you put Patrick Crayton?

Austin couldn't beat out Crayton and if what we heard is true the competition wasn't all that close that would put Austin atleast one grade lower than Crayton or am I wrong and you would put them on par...

I think this team can do better than Austin but maybe not this year but unless there is some kinda change I certainly think the team shouldn't be offering him any long term contract.

I think Crayton and Austin are different WRs. I wouldn't compare them although I think Crayton is a more polished WR. I don't think we've seen enough of Austin this year to make any absolute statements. I think Austin is going to surprise some people on this board though.
