Awuzie to practice

We have too much criticism from a bunch of Google docs on here diagnosing and giving prognosis on this guy.

More Awuzie...less Anthony Brown. Dilly dilly!

Can we give AB time to develop? You can't blame him b/c we let most of our vets go via FA. Let's see if he gets better as the season goes on. Our O line played like crap the first few games, did we want to bench all of them? Some times I think we want to throw player development out the window. I know I did a week ago with L. Collins. Lucky for me some of you checked me.

Why not? Isn't that what we are here for? Interestingly enough some of the posters are right more than the experts in the know.

No. We must make a decision immediately and defend it to the bitter end, even if proven wrong. It is the Cowboyzone way!!!!

Isn't it amazing people can bash any Cowboys player as much as they want but level some legitimate discussion/criticism of Dez and the Dez Fan Bois cry foul and start melting down.

I really don't hate Dez. I just don't think he is very good or worth what we are paying him.

Very fair. We paid him what he was worth at the time of his signing. However the nature of the change of QB and current offensive philosophy still has to be considered. Perhaps he is now not worth the contract, yet at the time we were a passing offense, without a beast at RB and with Romo at the helm. Just sayin.

The contract definitely looks worse now than it did at the time of signing, but I was pretty skeptical of it at the time it was signed. Everyone kept saying pay the man, pay the man, and I get it, but cap dollars are a finite resource.

Dez was paid top 5 money and If you are going to pay a guy top 5 money he had better perform at a top 5 level. His margin for error was just too low for my taste.

I somewhat agree. Dez has dropped a few balls with a new QB at the helm. However that was the plan with Romo going forward (another argument subject to debate). And it's not like Dak has the accumen of Romo at this point. Hopefully he can get there.

No, you guys aren't correct. Awuzie gets routinely criticized by Google docs. There are a few select individuals on this board that practice rehab and medicine.

And Dez isn't the same wr that Romo played with either. His separation from cb's, his high jump in the end zone, etc. Romo had the better Dez.
