I understand the "urban dictionary" meaning. But the whole "dilly dilly" refers to the english bar meaning of "cheers to you"! It's all in fun.

edit: this whole time saving thing has me up staying later posting than I'm use to

just a simple question what position does Awuzie play when he gets on the field?
This might be a clue...or maybe not.

I wonder if Brown would be better in the slot, or as a FS.

I've had a Grade 2 hamstring injury before. I'm not an athlete, so it's really hard to compare my recovery to someone like Cheeto. While not being an athlete, I was very fast (in comparison to normal mortals). In a short race, I could usually outrun everyone I knew. About 15 years ago, while on bus duty at the high school, the kids were playing catch. I always enjoyed playing ball with them because, as a principal, it gave me a chance to connect with them when no one was in trouble. I was just standing there and the kid with the ball shouted, "Cover him!" So...I took off after the kid like I had done a hundred times after school. 2 steps. Literally. 2. BAM...like I had been shot. It took me 6 months before I could walk without pain. A year before I could run without pain. And 18 months before I wasn't thinking about it constantly. 15 years later? There's NO WAY I would ever take off sprinting again. No amount of warming up would ever make me fast again. I swear, I can still feel it from time to time.

I personally don't make light of this injury. I don't have a low threshold for pain and this injury sidelined me...forever. I'm not an athlete and he is. I didn't get the care he received. But, I wouldn't expect him to hit the field running a 4.3 either.

Not sure about this.

Maybe we should rest him some more.

I really dislike that dilly dilly crap. Can that be barred from the site. Very annoying and gets more obnoxious if you are drinking!! :)
Too late.

It will now be like the "Championship!" thing that got ancient real fast.

It will not stop.

Do we know for a fact that Awuzie had a grade 2 strain?

Another question: Are the Cowboys rushing him when they should be letting him more fully recover so he could be truly ready if someone gets injured and we really need him??

Both absolutely good questions. Obviously, I have no idea. I hope that they are looking at the long-term picture, not the short-term.

Outside of the Awuzie hamstring saga, the team has been remarkably injury free. Credit to the S&C coaches.

Jordan Lewis will be hard to beat for that trophy the kid is a player with a chip on his shoulder.
Hope he realizes there is zero need for tattooing a chip on his shoulder but hopefully it will be a good drawing of a chip if he decides to have one done.
