B/R: Nick Foles Won't Be Franchise-Tagged by Eagles; Will Enter Free Agency

Isn't the same since the injury? His accuracy jumped almost 10%, did you know he was clipping 70% last year? 21 TDs in 11 starts to only 7 interceptions. Better yards per attempt than 2017, way better accuracy, better yards per game, same INT %, higher qb rating.

Are you just wishful thinking?

Most targets to his TE.

And yet, somehow went 5-6 as the starter, while once again, Nick Foles rode in and went 4-1 and saved the season again.

The dude has been injured in every season of football he has played in since college.
Broken arm in college. He was sitting on the bench watching his backup take North dakota to the national championship.
Then he was sitting on the bench watching Foles take the eagles to a SB victory.
The best thing about Wentz is his teams seem to play better when he isnt in the game.

And 6 rings to show for it

I felt the same way about Dallas. But you have to let it play out. Nick is likely going to a Florida team and won't be what he was here.

But for Carson, It's easy to write narratives that make things look differently than they were. Carson has had injuries each of the last 2 years, but the one this year didn't put him on IR. He missed some games and could have come back if they needed him too, maybe even in the divisional round had nick been injured. Carson was coming off of the definitive major injury in the NFL this year. Next year he won't be, it'll make a difference I believe. 1 training camp in 3 years isn't great for your young starting QB.
He also folds big time under pressure. Look at his miscues late in games. Ill take Dak in the 4th quarter over Wentz any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Somehow, Foles went 4-1 with the same team that Wentz had sitting at 5-6?

Ahhh, nothing says I hate my QB like another stealthy well disguised "theres a better QB then our bum for sale/FA".....

Same number of picks with 12 less touchdowns

What games does he fold? Where did you come up with that. The whole reason the eagles drafted him was because he’s clutch. Remember the eagles cowboys overtime game this year? The entire reason it went to overtime is because wentz mounted a comeback in the 4th and Dak counted put us away.

Which season? The one where Foles won your team your first ever championship?

Or the one where he took Wentz's 5-6 team to the playoffs?

Neither one looks good for your boy.

How does winning a championship not look good? This quarter century of cowboys football has really done a number on a once proud fanbase.

I would be interested, but I know it wont happen.
Jones boys would rather have dak than a qb that has won a SB :muttley:

So, It's your belief that Trent Dilfer was a better QB than Tony Romo. Or Dan Marino.
