sounds as if Jacksonville is highly interested. Perfect place for him to go
yea so the line "slidding in the back door fits with Steve also. Doesn't mean he can't wear the ring, or didn't go on to have a HOF career. This is just MHO, I believe the eagles placed all their eggs in the wrong basket here...should have cut Wentz and kept Foles. Nick is shining in that system, where as Wentz, eh not so much. And Steve Young is still announced as 3 time Super Bowl Champion, so....

And one could say either of those losses could have gone our way. The last game can't be placed at Dak's feet, not his fault our great defense couldn't shut down an over weight backup RB. I'll go further and say, had the coaching and play calling in either of those games been better, the out comes would have also been different.Foles is 2-0 against the Rams. Dak is 0-2 vs the Rams
If you say so, areo.... I'm looking at this way different then you I would say. But, look time will tell right, if Wentz comes out and has that season, then good for the eagles, but if he doesn't and he falters and your team doesn't make the play offs... well what then?Even though Wentz plays better when he’s out there

Except Irvin wasn't paralyzed. Some (emphasis on some) fans cheered Irvin's injury. And Santa Claus wasn't Santa Claus. He was a drunk fan from the stands dressed as Santa Claus.
It's embarrassing the way some Philly fans behave. But every fan base has bad fans.
It still stands to reason that if Karma is using Wentz's injuries to pay back Eagles fans, then Karma was using Romo's injuries to pay back Cowboys fans for something they did.
Wentz is still the best QB in the division. He played only 11 games and had 21tds and 7 int 3000+ yds with a higher completion percentage and yds per completion than Dak. Wentz was playing good until he suffered the broken bone in his back and played through it. And the amazing thing is Wentz did all that without a great RB.
It’ll help that it’s unlikely Foles will flourish in whichever bad situation he ends up with next year. Same thing happened in 2015 when Bradford faltered and we looked at Nick in St. Louis and said, “Bad or Worse?”

One thing for sure if Wentz gets off to a slow start again, fans in Philly with be ruthless and hollering why Foles was cut instead of Wentz. Wentz will enter this season with a ton of pressure on him.
Big difference was how Foles teammates looked when he got out there. Philly looked like that had an extra bounce in the step when Foles came in. I think physically Wentz is better but to me that team looked and played different when Foles came in
The results in the win columns definitely support that.
Foles went 4-1 after Wentz went 5-6. There's something to that fact.
I just saw a difference in the play of those around him even on defense they picked things up a step. I'm not privy to their locker room but in appearance maybe Foles is a better leader than Wentz?
Yep! That's how I feel. I heard an ex NFL QB state that there are times during a game where you are off balance and have to make a key throws. He also said when you get into the playoffs the windows get tighter and there are throws you have to make and trust your receiver to get. I don't see Dak having the ability to doWe are NOT winning a Superbowl as long as Dak is our QB.....![]()
Isnt that the truth! It’s a shame he can’t stay on the field....
I agree on the coaching! But I also blame Dak for not getting some first downs. Daks opening drive was great and then he did absolutely nothing the rest of the first half. The defensive part of the game was the coaching and it really pisses me off that this has happened twice in the playoffs where Garrett coached teams dont wake up until the second half. He just doesnt have the team prepared. And one could say either of those losses could have gone our way.
