Fyi down 12 pounds in two weeks
Hey do some research on that vega on protein. Some websites I've read said that the plant based proteins boost your estrogen levels. I'll read more about it, but just giving you a heads up. It may or may not be trueAfter about a year away, Im finally getting back in exercise. My body feels like its on fire right now lol. Kind miss the feeling.
Im cutting right now and down to about 1,600 calories a day with an hour and a halfish workout. Cardio, circuit weights, cardio most days. Im going upper body one day with weights and lower the next with the day in between just cardio.
I found a meal shake, Vega One. This with my vitipak has been heaven sent for me. 20 grams of protein and most essential nutrients in a 180 calorie serving. One of these every 3 hours and im never feeling hungery.
Been back at for a week and dropped 6 pounds. Im upping my calories this week by substituting 2 Vega one shakes with a home fruit and veggie smoothie which would be double the calories of the Vega Ones
Im at Planet Fitness, which Im already not a fan of lol. My old gym closed down. Wasnt as big but it wasnt lacking anything and the people there were the right combination of friendly and didnt bother you. The equipment at Planet Fitness is just a gaggle as far as wear its placed ( expect the free weights and cables) that I incorporated walking around into my workout just to figure out where I had to go next lol. This sucks when you are doing circuit training and going from one machine to the next
