And he broke his own nose in the process.I mean he did put the hurtin on Odell that one time
J.J. Wilcox - 3rd round, 80th overallNeither player was much of a bust because neither was drafted that high. Green would be a minor bust because he was drafted high enough to at least expect solid depth from.
I’ll stick with what I said on Green, but I stand corrected on Wilcox. I was thinking he was a 5th round pick. A third round pick would be expected to at least be solid depth with a chance to be a starter. I guess Wilcox did start though, albeit never a high qualty one, plus he didn’t last in Dallas, so he would at least be a minor bust as well.J.J. Wilcox - 3rd round, 80th overall
Chaz Green - 3rd round, 91st overall
If anything, he was a big over achiever. Not sure if I consider Wilcox a bust
I remember the good old days around here where he would be carted off the first day of camp with cramps every year and people would defend him.Does anybody know who holds the record for being carted off the field? Gotta think Chaz is high on the list.
And he broke his own nose in the process.
Absolutely not. A third rounder who has started the majority of his career is not a bust. Not sure if I consider Wilcox a bust
He started just 38 of 58 games as a Cowboy, and mostly because we refused to value the safety position.Absolutely not. A third rounder who has started the majority of his career is not a bust.

If bust is too strong of a word for you, how about disappointment?
And then you woke up?I remember the good old days around here where he would be carted off the first day of camp with cramps every year and people would defend him.
