PFF scored him at pro bowl level. He is blossoming.
He played less than 450 snaps last year, so he definitely hasnt played enough to shake the injury prone label. Especially considering his long injury history
We already paid hooker and Kearse. Wilson is good as gone. We’ll get a very nice compensatory pick for his servicesYeah, and there have been comments here to just let him walk after the season.
Or you could just pull Hooker on running downs and limit his exposure to injury. Hooker is a coverage S anywaysFortunately Hooker has not missed time this year with the Cowboys since starting.
I'll keep him handy as long as he holds up, and then have 2nd year Izzy (who also has being getting some valuable safety time) ready to go, should that happened..
Put LVE on the bench and put Kearse in at LB.

I'd love to keep Kearse, Wilson and Hooker and let a LB go. This team suffered for years with less than great safety play. Now, they're greati don’t want to let him walk but there are a lot of factors. Kearse is a similar player and under contract, Wilson will likely want to be paid much more by someone else and esp if Quinn leaves so will he
my guess is he walks for a combination of those reasons
Was just about to say that - he's always been a big hitter but now he's got a good coach thats puts him in position to succeed.Another defensive star.
Common denominator is DQ
We gotta keep Quinn.

You put Wilson at FS on running downs. Like I said before he has the range and diagnostic ability to defend play actionOr if i'm the opposing teams, just make sure i'm passing on first, early downs ..?
If i'm worried about a secondary DB player being hurt, he wouldn't/shouldn;t even be on this team.
I think that they will offer him more money to remain at defensive coordinator where he is building something special.Understood, but if you had the choice of him leaving or making him HC what would you do ?
Dodging the question Rambo !I think that they will offer him more money to remain at defensive coordinator where he is building something special.
That is because I believe that he will stay as coordinator and Jerry will pay him a lot of money to do so. I see a lot of good things happening for the cowboys.Dodging the question Rambo !

If you dont want injury players, then you definitely shouldnt be all in on Hooker. He might be the most injury prone secondary player in the NFL. Sprinkling Cowboy Dust on him isnt changing that
I said secondary playerRandy Gregory would like a word with you on games missed.....
A STAR IS BORN!
I think Jerry will make every effort financially to keep Quinn. That is because I believe that he will stay as coordinator and Jerry will pay him a lot of money to do so. I see a lot of good things happening for the cowboys.
