In conjunction with the fact that Rice never denied assaulting her, it is evidence of a vicious assault--but we are picking at hairs now.

That and the police had the elevator tape. They first charged them both with simple assault (because Palmer admittedly spit on Rice). Then when they got the elevator tape they dropped the charges against Palmer and moved Rice's charge up to felony assault.

Gee, wonder what would have persuaded them to move up the charges?

Oh...the punching of Palmer by Rice that knocked her out cold.

Police stated they sent the video to the NFL back in April.

AP is reporting an NFL executive left a voicemail with law enforcement confirming the NFL received the tape.

The AP is also reporting the voicemail is a woman's voice, saying "You're right, it is terrible" referring to the video
