wow.depending on a rookie from Georgia in this weather.not good. Can he pick up the blitzes?wow our chances got slimmer.:bang2: The weather is nasty here, windy, snowing and brutally cold.

Dude, seriously? Dallas will not put Choice in a bad spot, like having to block blitzes all day. That is where Witten and Bennett come in as H-backs!

You gotta be kidding me. I really thought he'd play. :(

This takes me from very optimistic to not so much.

Oh well... If we win, it'll likely be a game like the Tampa one, and that's my favorite kind of game anyway.

Are you suggesting he's not tough enough?
his toe isn't broken. Iv'e played with tendonitis in both my ankles before yet this guy can't play because hiw wittle pinky toe hurts. I've lost respect for the so-called barbarian.

Dallas can't win this game without Barber. This stinks..

Yeah, ok...why even bother to watch the game tomorrow?

That's just plain stupid to think that Dallas can't win without Barber. I guess Barber throws the ball and catches it. I guess Barber sacks the QB and stops the run.

Yeah but Pittsburgh is not going to respect our running game with Choice. Witten and Bennett will have to stay in for blocking almost the entire game. This is not going to be pretty.

must be something more.this staff sucks.

Barber's toe must be really hurt, with this staff's diagnosis, I'm not suprised that it's worse than what was led on

because Brian Westbrook is playing with a hurt ankle and knee, but a toe that "isn't broken" is keeping Barber out...

Should we start talking about next year then with the draft and FAs? A loss would really put us in a hole.

LOL.

You think he deactivated himself.

Number 1, you dont know the severity of the injury.

Number 2, The training staff is holding him back.

LOL

I am sure this is what we will hear from other fans now too.

and also, I would be willing to bet The team knew this all week and they have prepared for it. They just didnt want to let pittsburgh know that.

Westbrook missed Thurs and Fri practices(after practicing the previous days). Yeah, he's playing OK, I guess, but at the same time, his injuries are prolly worse than everyone is lead to believe as well. I don't think he'll last the season.

Romo could have played with his broken whatever it was vs Rams.

I don't think our running game would have been much help vs the Steelers. I think Choice will do fine, and we really need barber for those NFC games. Can't afford to lose him...

It that right? With big, fast, well conditioned pro's hitting you two or three of them at a time?

I've lost respect for the so-called barbarian.

I'm sure he's heartbroken. But i guarantee you his teammates and coaches who actually know him well don't doubt his heart at all.

Especially since he played against philly and green bay with torn cartilage and was having a hard time breathing.

Obviously the injury he has is something no one could play on.

I really thought he would play, but after looking at some of the numbers some other running backs have had against this defense it probably makes sense to rest him. It's all on #9 now.

We will surely miss him in short yardage situations.
