Barber has very little signature games over 100 yards. He shouldn't be in the Pro Bowl. A good third down back but that's it.
He's more than a good third down back. The Cowboys score on 67% of the possessions when Barber is in the game (from Talkin Cowboys at dallascowboys.com). He is an awesome playmaker.HogsRLegends;1828147 said:Barber has very little signature games over 100 yards. He shouldn't be in the Pro Bowl. A good third down back but that's it.

how many countless RB' have had a great first year and then stumbled (JJ for example) he gets my vote for Rookie of the year, but if I had to choose between barber and Peterson, hands down MB gets my vote, just my thoughts...what do you guys think?

AP
Westbrook
then Barber

but if you would honestly take MBIII over AP, youre crazy.

Barber is 5th in the conference in rushing, over 100 yards behind the 4th ranked RB... OK, some of that is not his fault, he's splitting carries with Julius, but no way he deserves to be in the Pro Bowl ahead of Peterson, Westbrook, James or Portis...
Peterson has 1430 yards on 214 touches (198 carries, 16 receptions), for 11 TDs... Barber has 1098 yards on 209 touches (169 carries, 40 receptions), for 11 TDs... that's 332 more yards, on 5 more touches, for Peterson... that's a 6.7 yards per touch average for Peterson, a 5.25 yards per touch average for Barber... clearly, Adrian has had a better season that Marion has...
And those numbers are the only criteria that matter, when it comes to who deserves to be in the Pro Bowl more... the Barberian has had a terrific season, but just like Tony Romo doesn't deserve the MVP award over Brady (in spite of having a completely brilliant season), Marion does not deserve to be in the Pro Bowl over Peterson...
Or Westbrook, either... he should actually be the starter, IMO, having put up over 1750 yards rushing and receiving thus far, with 12 TDs...

Barber over Peterson. Mh. Go see your doctor. Immediately.landryscorner;1827761 said:Why? who would you rather have?
