For those who say Martin should have been off list, I'm just curious who your 2 RGs are to replace him?

Ridiculous. Parsons, Bland and Martin deserve it too.
Parsons fades each season, and he's a one-trick pony. Lawrence is a better player.

Bland made history, but he also gave up a lot of big plays. Lots of them. Gilmore is far more complete.

Martin wasn't as good as Tyler Smith. Reputation.

Parsons is a splash player. Not consistent enough, and here lately not giving you much at all. Seems like he's wearing out.

I guess Bland gets the nod because of 6 plays overall because his overall play is certainly not even close to ProBowl level, much less All Pro.
Lolwut? He had one bad game. Outside of his big plays, his play has been outstanding. He has given up a completion % of 53% and a QB rating allowed of 52

Parsons gets held every game. Fades my ***.

Every CB gives up big plays. Name me one that doesn't and I'll call you a liar

Martin was every bit as good as Tyler. Like others have said in here give me two guards that are better. I know you can't but I'll wait.

Saying Barnwell is voting Martin in on reputation is laughable. The guy studies film weekly.

Here's what he says on Martin.

Offensive linemen sometimes receive accolades well past their peak, if only because there's no common measure we can easily rely upon to judge their performance. Ask around the league and talk to people who are watching linemen each week, however, and you'll hear as many raves about the 33-year-old Martin now as you did five years ago. Enough of the physical tools that allowed him to play left tackle in a pinch are still around, and he has seen everything opposing defenders can throw at him by now.

Some college tackles who move inside at the NFL level can struggle with their strength or ability to hold off bigger defenders; first-round pick Peter Skoronski is dealing with that right now for Tennessee. Martin was one of the conversions who adapted immediately. He ranks fourth in run block win rate among guards this season. It still seems impossible that the Cowboys debated between picking the future Hall of Famer or quarterback Johnny Manziel in the first round of the 2014 draft.
Yeah, I don't understand those who say it's all about reputation. He isn't playing quite as well as he has in the past, but it's still at a level most just hope to someday reach.

Micah's last 2 games: 13 tackles, 7 solo, 3 TFL, and 5 QB hits all while being held most of the game by one or two players. If that's wearing out and not consistent enough I don't want to know what is. People like you only pay attention to sacks and think that's the end all be all.

1st team: Jackson
2nd team: Purdy

I can't argue it. Especially if you account for character.
Purdy lol.
Dak is doing it with no running game or really help outside of CeeDee Lamb on offense (maybe sprinkle in Cooks alittle).
Nobody respects Dallas run game.

Purdy has CMac, George Kittle, Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo.

When the 49ers was getting smashed by the Ravens look at the throws they where having Purdy make. Most of them was 5 yards or less throws. Heck at one point they threw back to back to back screens lol. All I could do was laugh.

Martin is going off rep. His play this year doesn't merit him being on the team as the best guard. Heck you can argue Tyler Smith has been better. It's still so weird how bad our run blocking is with Tyron, Tyler, and Martin on the oline.
It doesn't look like it will get any better either. It has to be the blocking scheme right?

Martin, on career reputation.

Bland, on a freakish achievement (and subsequent disappearing act).

Parsons, borderline.

I'd fight for Lamb & Aubrey.

They will all rest easily tonight knowing that.

Also look at his games against the Vikings, Browns, and Bengals. 3 TDs and 5 INTs. I realize he didn't have some of those guys but he was bad in those games too.

Martin has had to carry the player on each side of him and I believe has a calf injury, but he is fading?

Martin has taken a step back this year. I'd probably put Tyler in there before him.
All pro does LG and RG separate.

LG the last few years has had much higher talent pool than RG so it's much harder for Tyler to get the nod
