Personally, I don't care either way, but the league is not consistent. That's what bothers me. Was Witten "falling to the ground" penalty worse than this?

Just saying all of this is subjective and they need to get consistent.

as soon as i saw it i knew it was a fine. been a fine for a decade or so.
